Claims (5)
- 차재용 전동 압축기의 제어 장치로서,
상기 제어 장치는 상기 차재용 전동 압축기에 배열된 전동 모터를 제어 및 구동하며, 상기 제어 장치는 :
상기 제어 장치의 온도를 파악하는 온도 파악부;
상기 전동 모터를 통하여 흐르는 전류인 모터 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부;
상기 온도 파악부에 의해 파악된 상기 제어 장치의 상기 온도에 따라 임계 전류값을 설정하는 임계 전류값 설정부; 및
상기 모터 전류가 상기 임계 전류값 이하가 되도록 상기 전류 검출부의 검출 결과에 기초하여 상기 모터 전류를 제어하는 모터 전류 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 모터 전류 제어부는 상기 모터 전류의 목표값인 목표 전류값이 상기 임계 전류값 이하인 경우 상기 모터 전류를 상기 목표 전류값에 가까워지도록 제어하며,
상기 모터 전류 제어부는 상기 목표 전류값이 상기 임계 전류값보다 높은 경우 상기 모터 전류를 상기 임계 전류값으로 제한하고,
상기 임계 전류값이 모터 전류가 상기 임계 전류값에 의해 제한된 후 높아지는 경우, 상기 모터 전류 제어부는 상기 모터 전류 및 상기 임계 전류값의 차이가 미리 결정된 특정량 이상이 될 때까지 상기 모터 전류의 증가를 억제하는, 차재용 전동 압축기의 제어 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 임계 전류값 설정부는 상기 전동 모터의 회전 중에, 상기 온도 파악부의 파악 결과에 따라 상기 임계 전류값을 업데이트하며,
상기 모터 전류 제어부는 상기 모터 전류가 상기 목표 전류값 또는 업데이트된 상기 임계 전류값과 동일해지도록 상기 모터 전류를 제어하는, 차재용 전동 압축기의 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전류 검출부에 의해 검출된 상기 모터 전류가 상기 임계 전류값보다 높은 것으로 설정되는 과전류 판정값 이상인 경우 상기 전동 모터를 정지시키는 정지 제어부를 더 포함하며,
상기 과전류 판정값은 상기 임계 전류값이 감소함에 따라 감소하도록 설정되는, 차재용 전동 압축기의 제어 장치. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 임계 전류값은 상기 온도 파악부에 의해 파악된 상기 제어 장치의 상기 온도가 미리 결정된 임계 온도 이하인 경우 고정값인 최대 임계 전류값으로 설정되며,
상기 임계 전류값은 상기 온도 파악부에 의해 파악된 상기 제어 장치의 상기 온도가 상기 임계 온도보다 높은 경우 상기 제어 장치의 상기 온도가 증가함에 따라 감소하도록 설정되는, 차재용 전동 압축기의 제어 장치.
