- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배계수가 0.1 이하인 것인 폴리이미드계 필름 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 탄소수 2 이상의 알킬기로 치환된 3차아민인 것인 폴리이미드계 필름 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알킬기를 2개 이상 갖는 3차아민인 것인 폴리이미드계 필름 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 N,N-디에틸포름아마이드 또는 N,N-디에틸아세트아마이드를 포함하는 것인 폴리이미드계 필름 형성용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 용액은 고형분 함량이 용액 총중량을 기준으로 10중량% 이상 25중량% 이하인 것인, 폴리이미드계 필름 형성용 조성물. - 삭제

- 제16항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리이미드계 필름.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 10 내지 30㎛의 필름 두께 범위에서 380 내지 760nm 파장의 빛에 대한 투과도가 85% 이상이고, 황색도(YI)가 8 이하이며, 모듈러스(modulus)가 1.5 GPa 이상인 것인 폴리이미드계 필름. - 제17항에 있어서,
100℃ 내지 300℃에서의 열팽창계수(CTE)가 70ppm/℃ 이하인 폴리이미드계 것인 필름. - 제17항에 있어서,
최대 스트레스값이 40 내지 400MPa이고, 최대 연신율이 10 내지 100%인 폴리이미드계 필름. - 제17항의 폴리이미드계 필름을 포함하는 디스플레이 기판.
- 제17항에 따른 폴리이미드계 필름을 포함하는 소자.
