Claims (10)
- 바이오매스를 분쇄하는 분쇄장치; 및
분쇄된 바이오매스를 분리하여 회수하는 수집장치;를 포함하되,
분쇄장치는,
외부면의 일측에 형성된 바이오매스 투입구;
150~450rpm의 속도로 회전하는 샤프트 핀(shaft pin)을 구비하는 교반기; 및
3~10mm 직경의 세라믹 볼;을 포함하며,
수집장치는,
팬과 팬모터;
소정의 크기 이하로 분쇄된 바이오매스를 통과시키는 필터;
필터와 연결되고, 바이오매스를 흡입하는 흡입구; 및
회수된 바이오매스를 저장하는 수집통;을 포함하고,
수집통은,
분쇄된 바이오매스로부터 필요성분을 추출하기 위한 히팅장치;
분쇄된 바이오매스를 멸균하기 위한 압력 차단장치; 및
분쇄된 바이오매스로부터 당화합물을 얻기 위한 효소 투입장치;를 포함하며,
분리하여 회수된 바이오매스의 양만큼 바이오매스를 추가로 투입하여 바이오매스를 연속적으로 분쇄 및 회수할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바이오매스 연속 처리장치. - 삭제
