200: 가공축 210: 밀링 스핀들
300: 새들 310: 제2 경사부
400: 베드 410: 제1 경사부
500: 선삭 스핀들 X1, X2: X축 가이드웨이
Y1, Y2: Y축 가이드웨이 Z1, Z2: Z축 가이드웨이
Claims (4)
- 상면에 길이방향으로 Z축가이드웨이(Z1, Z2)가 설치된 베드(400)와;
상기 길이방향에 수직인 전후방향으로 Y축가이드웨이(Y1, Y2)가 형성되고 상기 베드(400)의 상기 Z축가이드웨이(Z1, Z2)를 따라 상기 베드(400)의 길이방향으로 이송하는 새들(300)과;
상기 길이방향에 수직인 상하방향으로 X축가이드웨이(X1, X2)가 형성되고 상기 새들(300)의 상부에 설치되어 상기 Y축가이드웨이(Y1, Y2)를 따라 전후방향으로 이송하는 컬럼(100); 그리고
상기 컬럼(100)의 전방에 배치되어 상기 X축가이드웨이(X1, X2)를 따라 승강 및 하강하는 가공축(200)
을 포함하고,
상기 Y축가이드웨이(Y1, Y2)가 상기 새들(300)의 하단부로부터 상방으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에 배치되며,
상기 컬럼(100)의 하단부는 상기 새들(300)의 내측으로 삽입되고,
상기 X축가이드웨이(X1, X2)는 상기 새들(300)의 상단부보다 아래로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 복합가공기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베드(400)는 전방에서 후방으로 갈수록 상하방향 높이가 높아지도록 상면에 제1 경사부(410)가 형성되고,
상기 새들(300)의 하면에는 상기 제1 경사부(410)에 대응하는 제2 경사부(310)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 복합가공기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Z축가이드웨이(Z1, Z2)는 전방의 제1 Z축가이드웨이(Z1)와 후방의 제2 Z축가이드웨이(Z2)를 포함하고,
상기 제2 Z축가이드웨이(Z2)는 상기 제1 Z축가이드웨이(Z1)보다 상방으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 복합가공기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 새들(300)의 후방부로부터 전방부로 갈수록 상하방향 두께가 점진적으로 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 복합가공기.
