Description
도 2 및 도 3은 종래의 법랑층 및 넌스틱층이 형성된 가열조리기구의 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.

Claims (13)
- 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법에 있어서,
(a) 철강재, 스테인레스 스틸, 동 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 본체에 법랑층을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 법랑층에 법랑유약이 포함된 혼합물을 스프레이 방법으로 분사하여 상기 법랑층의 표면을 조도화하는 단계;
(c) 상기 법랑층의 표면이 조도화된 본체를 건조 및 소성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 소성된 본체에 넌스틱층을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 (b) 단계는
상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 본체에 법랑유약을 도포한 후 상기 법랑층이 건조되기 전에 행해지고,
상기 혼합물은 상기 법랑층의 표면을 밀어내면서 파고들도록 상기 법랑층의 비중 보다 더 큰 비중을 가지며,
상기 분사된 혼합물의 하단은 상기 법랑층과 중첩되는 형태로 형성되며, 상기 혼합물의 상단은 상기 법랑층의 표면으로부터 상부로 돌출된 형태로 형성되는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서
상기 혼합물은 법랑유약, 점토 및 물을 포함하는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서
상기 혼합물의 입도는 80 ~ 150 메쉬(mesh)로 이루어지는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서
상기 분사된 혼합물은 5 ~ 20미크론(㎛)의 두께로 형성되는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는
730 ~ 830 ℃의 온도에서 10 ~ 30분 동안 소성하는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서
상기 넌스틱층은 테프론 및 세라믹을 포함하는 것인 법랑 및 넌스틱 코팅 방법. - 가열조리기구에 있어서,
철강재, 스테인레스 스틸, 동 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 본체;
상기 본체에 형성된 법랑층;
상기 법랑층에 법랑유약이 포함된 혼합물을 스프레이 방법으로 분사하여 형성된 표면조도화층; 및
상기 표면조도화층에 형성된 넌스틱층을 포함하되,
상기 표면조도화층은 상기 본체에 도포된 법랑층이 건조되기 전에 상기 법랑유약이 포함된 혼합물을 스프레이 방법으로 분사하여 형성되되,
상기 혼합물은 상기 법랑층의 표면을 밀어내면서 파고들도록 상기 법랑층의 비중 보다 더 큰 비중을 가지며,
상기 분사된 혼합물의 하단은 상기 법랑층과 중첩되는 형태로 형성되며, 상기 혼합물의 상단은 상기 법랑층의 표면으로부터 상부로 돌출된 형태로 형성되는 것인 가열조리기구. - 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은 법랑유약, 점토 및 물을 포함하는 것인 가열조리기구. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
