- 전자접촉기의 여자코일에 직렬접속되는 반도체 스위치소자와, 해당 반도체 스위치소자의 게이트구동을 제어하는 펄스폭변조부를 갖는 전자접촉기의 여자코일 제어회로에 있어서,
상기 펄스폭변조부의 출력단과 상기 반도체 스위치소자사이에 접속되어, 상기 펄스폭변조부로부터 출력되는 상기 반도체 스위치소자를 턴온(TURN ON)시키는 투입유지신호가 미리 결정된 기준을 초과하여 지속 발출될 때, 상기 여자코일의 소손을 방지하여 보호하도록 상기 반도체 스위치소자의 게이트구동을 중지하는 신호를 출력하는 과도투입신호 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 과도투입신호 제어부는,
상기 펄스폭변조부로부터 출력되는 투입유지신호를 적분하여 출력하는 적분회로부;
상기 투입유지신호가 과도하게 지속됨에 따라 상기 적분회로부의 출력신호에 따른 전압값이 미리 결정된 제 2 기준전압값보다 크거나 같을 때 도통하는 다이오드;
상기 다이오드의 출력단과 접속되어 다이오드의 출력전류를 제한하는 저항; 및
상기 저항에 접속되어 상기 다이오드의 출력전류에 의해 온(ON) 및 오프(OFF)가 제어되는 게이트를 갖고, 상기 다이오드가 도통될 때 온되어 상기 반도체 스위치소자의 게이트구동을 중지하도록 저전위의 출력신호를 출력하는 보조 반도체 스위치소자;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기의 여자코일 제어회로.
