Claims (8)
- (a) 2종 이상의 알킬 메타아크릴레이트 단량체 50~90wt% 및 페닐 메타아크릴레이트 단량체 10~50wt%로 혼합된 혼합단량체와 가교제를 포함한 혼합물을 현탁중합하여 가교 메타아크릴레이트계 공중합 비드를 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 가교 메타아크릴레이트계 공중합 비드와 폴리카보네이트를 블렌딩하는 단계;
를 포함하여 제조되는 내스크래치성 개선용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 상기 혼합단량체 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.05 내지 10 중량부의 가교제를 포함하는 것인 내스크래치성 개선용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 현탁중합은 다단중합하여 제조되는 것인 내스크래치성 개선용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 현탁중합은 70 ~ 85℃에서 반응시켜 1단계 중합한 후, 85 ~ 100℃에서 2단계 중합하여 제조되는 것인 내스크래치성 개선용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 블렌딩하는 단계는 상기 가교 메타아크릴레이트계 공중합 비드 5~40 wt% 및 폴리카보네이트 60~95 wt%로 포함하는 것인 내스크래치성 개선용 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 비드의 평균입경이 0.5~100㎛ 인 것인 제조방법.
- 제 1항 및 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조되는 가교 메타아크릴레이트계 공중합비드 5~40wt% 및 폴리카보네이트 60~95wt%로 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
