Description
도 2는 내간극 부식 시험용 시험편의 모식도이며, 도 2(a)는 평면도, 도 2(b)는 측면도이다.
도 3은 간극 부식 시험(ASTM G78)에 제공할 때의 시험편 상태를 도시하는 모식도이다.
도 4는 내열(비등) 염산성 시험용 시험편의 모식도이며, 도 4(a)는 평면도, 도 4(b)는 측면도이다.
도 5는 비교예 6 및 비교예 7의 비등 3%염산에 침지했을 때의 부식 속도의 경시 변화를 도시하는 도이다.
도 6은 본 발명예 8, 비교예 5 및 종래예 2의 비등 3%염산에 침지했을 때의 부식 속도의 경시 변화를 도시하는 도이다.
도 7은 본 발명예 4의 티탄 합금의 표면으로부터 깊이 방향으로의 Pd, Ti 및 O의 농도 분포를 도시하는 도이다.
도 8은 비교예 5의 티탄 합금의 표면으로부터 깊이 방향으로의 Pd, Ti 및 O의 농도 분포를 도시하는 도이다.

Claims (7)
- 질량%로, 백금족 원소:0.01~0.15% 및 희토류 원소:0.001~0.10%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Ti 및 불순물로만 이루어지는, 공업용(인체에 사용하는 것을 제외함) 티탄 합금.
- 질량%로, 백금족 원소:0.01~0.15%, 희토류 원소:0.001% 이상, 0.02% 미만 및 Co:0.05~1.00%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Ti 및 불순물로만 이루어지는, 공업용(인체에 사용하는 것을 제외함), 티탄 합금.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
질량%로, 백금족 원소:0.01~0.05%를 함유하는, 티탄 합금. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
질량%로, 백금족 원소:0.01~0.05%를 함유하는, 티탄 합금. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 백금족 원소가 Pd인, 티탄 합금. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 희토류 원소가 Y인, 티탄 합금. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
