Claims (10)
- 통 형상의 금속 재질의 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재에 끼워져 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되는 통 형상의 금속 재질의 가동부재, 및 일단이 상기 고정부재의 바닥에 접촉하고 타단이 상기 가동부재의 바닥에 접촉하여 상기 가동부재가 상기 고정부재에 대해 탄성적으로 슬라이드 되도록 하는 전기전도성 스프링을 포함하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자로서,
상기 가동부재와 상기 고정부재는 상기 스프링에 의해 항상 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 스프링의 탄성 복원력을 받아 상기 가동부재가 상기 고정부재로부터 분리되는 것이 걸림유닛에 의해 방지되고,
상기 가동부재의 상면에는 진공픽업을 위한 평면이 마련되고, 상기 고정부재의 하면은 솔더크림에 의한 리플로우 솔더링이 가능하고,
상기 고정부재의 바닥 중심에서, 상기 고정부재의 하부를 구성하는 살 부분이 가압에 의해 내측으로 돌출하면서 상기 살 부분이 얇아지고 연신하여 리브가 직립하여 형성되고, 상기 리브의 단부가 터져 내부와 외부가 연통하는 구멍이 형성되며,
상기 리브의 단부는 불규칙적이고 찢어진 형상으로 형성되고,
상기 리브는 상기 스프링의 하단으로부터 그 내부로 침투되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고정부재의 하면은 가장자리로부터 중심으로 향하여 상방으로 경사지게 형성하여 움푹 패인 구조를 가지며, 상기 구멍은 상기 중심에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 삭제

상기 리브의 높이는 상기 고정부재의 높이보다 낮고, 상기 리브의 외경은 상기 스프링의 턴(turn) 내경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 삭제

상기 가동부재와 상기 고정부재의 수평 단면은 원형 또는 모서리가 라운드 처리된 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전기접속단자는 캐리어에 릴 테이핑되어 진공픽업에 의한 표면실장과 솔더크림에 의한 리플로우 솔더링이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고정부재의 하단으로부터 일정 높이에 외면을 둘러싸도록 납오름 방지층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자. - 청구항 1의 전기접속단자; 및
상기 전기접속단자의 고정부재가 다수 개 나란히 끼워져 고정되는 플라스틱 구조물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장형 전기접속단자 어셈블리.
