Description
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 소수력 발전장치의 외형도이다.
본 실시 예에서, 상기 수차 축(2)의 타단에는 피벗 축(6)이 삽입되는 삽입홈(2a)이 축방향으로 형성되고, 상기 피벗 플랜지(5)는 외곽이 상기 발전기(3)의 케이싱(7)에 고정되고 내측 중심부에 피벗 축(6)이 고정된다.

Claims (4)
- 수차(1), 상기 수차(1)가 일단에 축결합된 수차 축(2), 상기 수차 축(2)에 직결되는 발전기(3)의 회전자(4), 상기 발전기(3)의 피벗 플랜지(5)에 고정되어 회전자(4)의 회전 안정성을 유지시켜주는 피벗 축(6), 상기 발전기(3)의 케이싱(7)에 고정되어 있는 고정자(8), 상기 피벗 축(6)에 설치되어 상기 회전자(4)를 회전가능하게 고정함과 동시에 수차(1)의 하중과 발전기(3) 하중을 지지하는 볼 베어링(9)과 양방향 축 베어링(10)을 포함하여 이루어지며;
상기 수차 축(2)의 타단에는 피벗 축(6)이 삽입되는 삽입홈(2a)이 축방향으로 형성되며, 상기 피벗 플랜지(5)는 외곽이 상기 발전기(3)의 케이싱(7)에 고정되고 내측 중심부에 피벗 축(6)이 고정되며, 상기 피벗 축(6)에는 상기 베어링(9,10)으로의 윤활유 공급을 위한 오일 주입구(11)가 형성되고, 상기 오일 주입구(11)에는 베어링(9,10)의 상태를 감시하기 위한 온도 센서(12)가 매립 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수차 축과 발전기 회전자 일체형 소수력 발전장치. - 삭제
