Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 규소 흑연 복합 입자의 단면의 반사 전자상 사진이다. 또한, 사진 속에서, 회색 영역이 인편상 흑연 입자를 나타내고, 흰색 영역이 규소 입자를 나타내고 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 규소 흑연 복합 입자에 형성되는 전극의 구조를 모식적으로 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 실시예 8에 따른 규소 흑연 복합 입자의 단면의 반사 전자상 사진이다. 또한, 사진 속에서, 회색 영역이 인편상 흑연 입자를 나타내고, 흰색 영역이 규소 입자를 나타내고 있다.

Claims (12)
- 층형상으로 배열하는 복수의 인편상 흑연 입자와,
상기 복수의 인편상 흑연 입자 사이에 끼워지는 규소 입자를 구비하고,
전극 밀도 1.70±0.02g/cm3의 전극을 제작했을 때의 상기 전극의 X선 회절상에 있어서 「(004)면에 귀속되는 피크의 강도 I(004)」에 대한 「(110)면에 귀속되는 피크의 강도 I(110)」의 비가 0.0010 이상 0.0300 이하의 범위 내인, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 규소 입자는, 상기 복수의 인편상 흑연 입자 사이에 끼워짐과 더불어, 최외층의 상기 인편상 흑연 입자의 외표면 상에 비흑연질 탄소에 의해 부착되는, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 인편상 흑연 입자의 적층 방향의 길이에 대한 장축 길이의 비가 1.5 이상 10 이하인, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 인편상 흑연 입자의 적층 방향의 길이에 대한 장축 길이의 비가 3 이상 10 이하인, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 인편상 흑연 입자, 상기 규소 입자 및 상기 비흑연질 탄소의 질량비가 97~60:1~25:2~15인, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 인편상 흑연 입자, 상기 규소 입자 및 상기 비흑연질 탄소의 질량비가 97~77:1~8:2~15인, 규소 흑연 복합 입자. - 규소 입자 및 인편상 흑연 입자의 혼합 입자에 압축력 및 전단력을 부여하여 1차 복합 입자를 조제하는 1차 복합 입자 조제 공정과,
상기 1차 복합 입자와 고체인 비흑연질 탄소 원료를 혼합시켜 혼합 분말을 조제하는 혼합 분말 조제 공정과,
상기 혼합 분말을 가열 처리하는 가열 공정을 구비하는, 규소 흑연 복합 입자의 제조 방법. - 규소 입자, 인편상 흑연 입자 및 고체인 비흑연질 탄소 원료의 혼합물에, 상기 비흑연질 탄소 원료의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 압축력 및 전단력을 부여하여 중간체 복합 입자를 조제하는 중간체 복합 입자 조제 공정과,
상기 중간체 복합 입자를 가열 처리하는 가열 공정을 구비하는, 규소 흑연 복합 입자의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8 또는 청구항 9에 기재된 규소 흑연 복합 입자의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는, 규소 흑연 복합 입자.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 6 및 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 규소 흑연 복합 입자를 활물질로 하는 전극.
- 청구항 11에 기재된 전극을 구비하는, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
