Claims (13)
- 리타데이션값이 300 ㎚ 이하인 지지체와,
상기 지지체 상에 형성되는 보호 무기층과,
유기층과 상기 유기층 상에 형성되는 무기층을 포함하는, 상기 보호 무기층 상에 1 개 이상 형성되는 적층체와,
상기 지지체와 보호 무기층 사이에 형성되는, 상기 지지체의 성분과 보호 무기층의 성분이 혼합된, 두께가 1 ∼ 100 ㎚ 인 혼합층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 무기층 및 무기층이 질화규소층인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층이 실란 커플링제를 함유하는, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층이 아크릴레이트 화합물 및 메타크릴레이트 화합물의 적어도 일방을 중합하여 이루어지는, 유리 전이 온도가 120 ℃ 이상의 층인, 기능성 필름. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴레이트 화합물 및 메타크릴레이트 화합물의 적어도 일방이 3 관능 이상의 화합물인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
최상층에 보호 유기층을 갖는, 기능성 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 유기층이 3 관능 이상의 아크릴레이트 화합물 및 3 관능 이상의 메타크릴레이트 화합물의 적어도 일방을 중합하여 이루어지는, 실란 커플링제를 함유하고, 또한 유리 전이 온도가 120 ℃ 이상의 층인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체가 폴리카보네이트, 시클로올레핀 폴리머, 시클로올레핀 코폴리머, 트리아세틸셀룰로오스, 및 폴리이미드에서 선택되는 1 종으로 이루어지는 것인, 기능성 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체가 폴리카보네이트, 시클로올레핀 폴리머, 시클로올레핀 코폴리머, 트리아세틸셀룰로오스, 및 폴리이미드에서 선택되는 1 종으로 이루어지는 것인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 무기층의 형성 영역이 상기 유기층의 형성 영역보다 넓은, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
전광선 투과율이 80 % 이상이고, 헤이즈가 2 % 미만이며, 또한 수증기 투과율이 1 × 10-4 [g/(㎡·day)] 미만인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 무기층, 혹은 상기 보호 무기층과 무기층이 플라즈마 CVD 에 의해 형성된 것인, 기능성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 기능성 필름을 사용하는, 유기 EL 디바이스.
