Claims (13)
- 저장실이 마련되는 본체와;상기 저장실 상부에 마련되는 냉기발생실과;상기 냉기발생실의 옆에 배치되는 기계실과;상기 냉기발생실 내부에 마련되는 증발기와;상기 냉기발생실에서 상기 기계실과 대면하는 일측벽에 관통형성된 설치부와;상기 저장실을 통과하지 않고 상기 설치부를 통과하도록 배치되며, 상기 증발기와 연결되는 냉매배관을 포함하며,상기 냉매배관은, 상기 증발기와 연결되는 제1냉매배관과,절곡된 상태로 상기 기계실 쪽에서 상기 설치부를 통과하도록 배치한 후 절곡 부위를 펴서 상기 제1냉매배관과 연통되도록 연결되는 제2냉매배관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉매배관은 상기 증발기로 유입되는 냉매를 갑압팽창 시키는 모세관과;상기 증발기에서 토출되는 냉매를 상기 기계실에 마련되는 압축기로 안내하는 토출관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 설치부는 상기 냉기발생실의 일측벽에 상하로 길게 형성된 구멍이고,상기 제2냉매배관은 상기 설치부에 상방으로 절곡된 상태로 통과하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 설치부를 둘러싸며 상기 설치부의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되어 상기 설치부 주위의 강도를 보강하는 테두리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1냉매배관과 상기 제2냉매배관은 금속으로 이루어지고 각 단부끼리 상호 용접연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2냉매배관은 상기 제1냉매배관과의 연결이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 변형이 가능하게 절곡가능한 상태로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증발기는 상기 설치부보다 후방에 마련되며,상기 제1냉매배관은 상기 증발기의 전면보다 전방에 마련되어, 상기 증발기보다 전방에 마련된 상기 설치부를 통과한 상기 제2냉매배관과 일직선 형태로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 증발기와 상기 제1,2냉매배관의 하부에 마련되어 상기 증발기에 대한 제상작용시 상기 증발기와 상기 제1,2냉매배관에서 발생하는 제상수를 받는 제상수 트레이를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 저장실 상부에 마련되며 내부에 증발기가 장착되는 냉기발생실과, 상기 냉기발생실의 옆에 배치되는 기계실을 구비하는 냉장고의 제작방법에 있어서,(A) 상기 냉기발생실에서 상기 기계실과 대면하는 일측벽에 상하로 길게 관통형성된 설치부에 단부가 절곡된 제1냉매배관이 통과하도록 상기 제1냉매배관을 설치하는 단계;(B) 상기 제1냉매배관에 대응되는 제2냉매배관을 구비하는 증발기를 상기 냉기발생실에 장착하는 단계;(C) 상기 제1냉매배관의 절곡 부위를 펴서 제1냉매배관의 단부와 상기 제2냉매배관의 단부를 서로 연통되도록 연결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제작방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 단계는(C-1) 상기 제1냉매배관의 단부와 상기 제2냉매배관의 단부가 상호 간에 동일한 위치에 있지 않은 경우 각각 냉매배관의 단부를 동일한 위치에 놓이도록 조정하는 단계와;(C-2) 상기 제1냉매배관의 단부와 상기 제2냉매배관의 단부를 동일한 위치에 배치한 후에 상기 제1냉매배관의 단부와 상기 제2냉매배관의 단부를 용접하는 단계 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1냉매배관의 단부와 상기 제2냉매배관의 단부는 일직선 형태로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제작방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 냉기발생실에 상기 증발기와 상기 제1,2냉매배관 아래에 증발기와 제1,2냉매배관에서 발생하는 제상수를 포집하는 제상수 트레이를 설치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제작방법.
