Description
도 2는 본 발명에 적용된 황화구리의 결정구조를 나타낸 XRD 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 적용된 황화구리를 30,000배의 배율로 관찰한 현미경 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 화학 발포제와 황화구리를 사용하여 제조한 다공 항균필터의 사진이다.
Claims (9)
- 내부에 미세한 기공을 포함하여, 유체가 상기 기공을 통과하는 다공성 담체; 및
상기 다공성 담체의 표면에 코팅되거나 상기 다공성 담체에 분산된 황화구리를 포함한 구리계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 구리계 화합물의 화학구조는 CuxMy(M은 주기율표에서 15족 내지 17족 중에서 선택된 어느 하나, x/y=0.8∼1.5)이며,
상기 CuxMy는 수용액상에서 황산구리와 황화염을 합성시켜 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M은 S, F, Cl 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 황화구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체는 세라믹, 금속 또는 고분자 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체는 고분자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기공의 공극률은 10%~40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체는 초임계 유체를 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균 필터의 항균성은 이스케리키아 콜라이(Escherichia Coli: ATCC 25922)를 균주로 사용하여 시험균액을 시편에 접촉시킨 다음, 25℃에서 24시간 정치, 배양시킨 후 균수가 1×104개/mL~1×106개/mL인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균 필터의 탈취성은 상기 구리계 화합물 미립자 1g을 반응기 내에 넣고 기상 포름알데히드(formaldehyde) 10,000 ng/mL을 넣고 5분 경과 후에 제거된 포름알데히드 농도가 90~98%인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리계 화합물이 포함된 항균 필터.
