Claims (39)
- 용해된 Cr2(GF6)3 (상기 식에서, G는 IV-B족 원소이다)를 포함하고,
크롬에 대해 500 ppm 미만의 알칼리 금속 이온 및 200 ppm 미만의 할라이드 이온을 함유하고, s-디페닐카르바지드를 사용한 크롬(VI)에 대한 시험에서 음성인 수성 조성물로서,
조성물이 하나 이상의 오염성 이온을 함유하고, 상기 하나 이상의 오염성 이온의 각각은 크롬에 대해 1000 ppm 미만으로 존재하고, 상기 하나 이상의 오염성 이온이 한계 구조식(canonical formula) Cr2(GF6)3의 부분이 아닌 이온인, 수성 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, G가 지르코늄인, 수성 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 수성 조성물이 2.4:1 내지 3.0:1의 범위 내 Zr:Cr의 중량 비를 갖는, 수성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, G가 티타늄인, 수성 조성물.
- 용해된 Cr2(GF6)3(상기 식에서, G는 IV-B족 원소이다)를 포함하는 수성 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
식 H2GF6 (상기 식에서, G는 IV-B족 원소이다)으로 표시되는 하나 이상의 산의 존재 하에 물과 크롬(VI) 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물에 과산화수소를 첨가하는 것을 포함하고,
수성 조성물이 하나 이상의 오염성 이온을 함유하고, 상기 하나 이상의 오염성 이온의 각각은 크롬에 대해 1000 ppm 미만으로 존재하고, 상기 하나 이상의 오염성 이온이 한계 구조식(canonical formula) Cr2(GF6)3의 부분이 아닌 이온인, 방법. - 제 5항에 있어서, 수성 조성물이 크롬에 대해 500 ppm 미만의 알칼리 금속 이온 및 200 ppm 미만의 할라이드 이온을 함유하는 방법.
