Claims (5)
- 막 형성성 수지 및 개공제를 포함하는 제막 원액을 응고액으로 응고시켜 다공질 중공사막 전구체를 형성하는 공정과,
적어도 액체를 포함시킨 상기 다공질 중공사막 전구체에 기상 중에서 오존 가스를 접촉시켜, 막 중에 존재하는 상기 개공제를 분해하고, 제거하는 제거 공정
을 갖는 다공질 중공사막의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 오존 이외의 산화제와 상기 액체를 포함시킨 상기 다공질 중공사막 전구체에 상기 오존 가스를 기상 중에서 접촉시키는 다공질 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 차아염소산나트륨인 다공질 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 과산화수소인 다공질 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 물인 다공질 중공사막의 제조 방법.
