Claims (9)
- (a) 질량 기준으로, C: 2.5∼3.5 %, Si: 1.3∼2.4 %, Mn: 0.2∼1.5 %, Ni: 3.5∼5.0 %, Cr: 0.8∼1.5 %, Mo: 2.5∼5.0 %, V: 1.8∼4.0 %, 및 Nb: 0.2∼1.5 %를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, Nb/V의 질량비가 0.1∼0.7이며, Mo/V의 질량비가 0.7∼2.5이며, 또한 2.5≤V+1.2Nb≤5.5의 조건을 만족시키는 화학 조성과, 면적 기준으로 0.3∼10 %의 흑연상(黑鉛相)을 가지는 조직을 가지는 주철(鑄鐵)로 이루어지는 외층;
(b) 페라이트(ferrite) 면적율이 35% 이하인 덕타일(ductile) 주철로 이루어지는 축심부(軸芯部); 및
(c) 주철제 중간층
으로 이루어지고,
상기 중간층 내에서 축심부와의 경계부 부근에서의 V 및 Nb의 합계량이 상기 외층의 폐각경(廢却徑; discard diameter)에서의 V 및 Nb의 합계량의 70% 이하이며, 또한 상기 중간층 내에서 축심부와의 경계부 부근에서의 Cr 함유량이 상기 외층의 폐각경에서의 Cr 함유량의 80% 이상인, 원심 주조제(鑄造製) 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 W: 0.1∼5.0 %를 더 함유하는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 외층의 화학 조성이, 하기 식 (1)∼(3):
Si≤3.2/[0.283(C-0.2V-0.13Nb)+0.62]···(1),
(C-0.2V-0.13Nb)+(Cr+Mo+0.5W) ≤9.5···(2), 및
1.5≤Mo+0.5W≤5.5···(3)
의 조건을 충족시키는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - (a) 질량 기준으로, C: 2.5∼3.5 %, Si: 1.3∼2.4 %, Mn: 0.2∼1.5 %, Ni: 3.5∼5.0 %, Cr: 0.8∼1.5 %, Mo: 2.5∼5.0 %, V: 1.8∼4.0 %, Nb: 0.2∼1.5 % 및 W: 0.1∼5.0 %를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, Nb/V의 질량비가 0.1∼0.7이며, Mo/V의 질량비가 0.7∼2.5이며, 또한 2.5≤V+1.2Nb≤5.5의 조건을 만족시키는 화학 조성과, 면적 기준으로 0.3∼10 %의 흑연상(黑鉛相)을 가지는 조직을 가지는 주철(鑄鐵)로 이루어지는 외층;
(b) 페라이트(ferrite) 면적율이 35% 이하인 덕타일(ductile) 주철로 이루어지는 축심부(軸芯部); 및
(c) 주철제 중간층
으로 이루어지고,
상기 외층의 화학 조성이, 하기 식 (1)∼(3):
Si≤3.2/[0.283(C-0.2V-0.13Nb)+0.62]···(1),
(C-0.2V-0.13Nb)+(Cr+Mo+0.5W) ≤9.5···(2), 및
1.5≤Mo+0.5W≤5.5···(3)
의 조건을 충족시키는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 외층이 질량 기준으로 Ti: 0.003∼5.0 %, Al: 0.01∼2.0 %, Zr: 0.01∼0.5 %, B: 0.001∼0.5 %, 및 Co: 0.1∼10.0 %로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 더 함유하는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 외층의 기지(基地)가 560 이상의 비커스 경도(Vickers hardness)를 가지는, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
롤 축 방향 중앙에서의 상기 외층 표면의 원주 방향 압축 잔류 응력이 폐각경에서 150∼500 MPa인, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 외층의 파괴 인성(靭性)값 KIC가 18.5 MPa·m1/2 이상인, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 외층의 기지 중의 Si 함유량이 3.2 질량% 이하인, 원심 주조제 열간 압연용 복합 롤.
