도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 냉장고에 제공되는 냉동 사이클을 보여주는 도면.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 냉장고의 제어 방법을, 냉동 사이클을 구성하는 구성요소들의 동작 시점과 동작 시간으로 표현한 도면.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 냉장고의 제어 방법을 보여주는 플로차트.
도 5는 펌프다운 과정이 단순히 생략되기만 한 경우와 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 제어 방법이 적용된 경우의 냉매 상태를 비교한 그래프.
Claims (10)
- 압축기와, 상기 압축기의 출구측에 병렬 연결되는 냉장실 증발기 및 냉동실 증발기와, 냉매가 상기 냉장실 증발기 및 냉동실 증발기 중 어느 일측으로 흐르도록 냉매 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브 부재를 포함하는 냉장고의 제어 방법에 있어서,
압축기가 구동하는 단계;
상기 압축기의 구동과 함께 또는 직후에, 상기 밸브의 동작에 의하여 냉장실 증발기 쪽 냉매 유로가 개방되는 단계;
상기 냉장실 증발기 쪽 냉매 유로의 개방과 함께 또는 직후에, 냉동실 팬이 설정 시간(ta)동안 구동하는 단계; 및
상기 냉장실 증발기 쪽 냉매 유로의 개방 시점보다 늦은 어느 시점에서 상기 냉장실 팬이 구동하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 설정 시간(ta)은 이전 냉각 사이클의 냉장실 밸브 개방 시간에 따라 가변되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉동실 팬은, 상기 냉장실 밸브가 폐쇄되기 전의 어느 시점에서 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실 팬이 구동하는 시점은,
(1) 상기 냉동실 팬이 정지하는 순간,
(2) 상기 냉동실 팬이 정지하기 전의 어느 시점 또는,
(3) 상기 냉동실 팬의 정지 순간보다 늦은 시점 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실의 온도가 설정 온도에 도달하여, 상기 냉장실 밸브가 폐쇄되고, 상기 냉장실 팬이 정지하며, 상기 냉동실 밸브가 개방되고, 상기 냉동실 팬이 재구동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 냉동실 밸브가 개방되는 시점은 상기 냉장실 밸브가 폐쇄되는 순간 또는 직후인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 냉동실 온도가 설정 온도에 도달하여 압축기가 정지하는 단계; 및
상기 냉동실 밸브가 폐쇄되는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 냉동실 팬은 상기 압축기의 정지 또는 냉동실 밸브의 폐쇄 이후 설정 시간(td) 동안 연장 구동한 후에 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 설정 시간(td)은, 상기 냉동실 증발기로 유입되는 냉기의 온도와, 상기 냉동실 증발기에 남아 있는 냉매의 온도 및 상기 냉동실 팬에 의하여 유발되는 풍량 또는 풍속을 변수로 하는 함수로부터 산출되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법.
