Claims (7)
- 증류솥 위의 연결통(Neck)내부는 3등분되어 상, 하에 10단 이하의 상부 증류단 (Plate)과 하부증류단, 중간부에는 농축율을 높이기 위해 비부식성 금속 등의 재질의 충진재를 넣은 높이 2m 이내의 충진재 증류단으로 구성되며, 연결통위의 냉각관은 냉각수의 온도와 수량조절로 임의로 환류비율을 조절가능하며, 1차증류 와 2차증류를 통해 상, 하부 증류단에서 증류액의 향기성분 함량을 임의로 조절하며 배출 할 수 있는 증류주의 증류기.
- 제1항의 증류기를 이용하여 1차증류 시 아밀알콜 등의 고비점 향미성분?량과, 2차 증류 시 아세트알데히드 등의 저비점 향미성분함량을, 각각 임의로 조절할 수 있는 증류주의 증류방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 1차 증류 시에 상부증류단에서 냉각수의 수온과 수량을 조절하여 증류된 응축액을 5:1이하의 환류비로 환류하여 증류액을 농축하며 증류기의 연결통(neck) 하부의 증류단에서, 주정분 25내지 50도의 고비점성분 농축증류액을 전체주정분의 20부피% 이내 임의로 배출시키어, 고비점 향미성분함량을 임의로 조절제거할 수 있는 증류주의 증류방법.
- 제3항의 증류방법을 이용하여 1차증류 시에 생성되는, 전체주정분의 20부피% 이내로 배출시킨 고비점 향미성분 농축증류액을 이용해서 제조하는 희석식 소주.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고비점 향미성분을 제거시킨 1차증류한 증류액을 2차증류 시, 상부증류단에서 냉각수의 수온과 수량을 조절하여 증류된 응축액을 5:1이하의 환류비로 환류하여 저비점 증류액을 전체주정분의 20부피% 이내 임의로 배출시키어, 저비점 향미성분함량을 임의로 조절, 제거할 수 있는 증류주의 증류방법.
- 제5항의 증류방법을 이용하여, 전체주정분의 20부피% 이내로 배출시킨, 저비점 향미성분 농축증류액을 이용해서 제조하는 희석식 소주.
