- 점착제층과 상기 점착제층의 한쪽 면에 첩착(貼着)된 제1 박리제층을 가지는 제1 박리 시트와, 상기 점착제층의 다른 쪽 면에 첩착된 제2 박리제층을 가지는 제2 박리 시트를 가지며, 상기 제1 박리제층은 1,4-폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 또는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔으로 이루어지는 디엔계 고분자 화합물을 이용하여 구성되고, 상기 제2 박리제층은 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 또는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 폴리이소프렌으로 이루어지는 디엔계 고분자 화합물을 이용하여 구성되고, 상온에서의 상기 제1 박리 시트의 상기 점착제층에 대한 박리력을 X, 상기 제2 박리 시트의 상기 점착제층에 대한 박리력을 Y로 했을 때, Y-X ≥ 50, Y는 2000 이하〔X 및 Y의 단위는 mN/20㎜〕의 관계를 만족하며, 상기 점착제층, 상기 제1 박리제층 및 상기 제2 박리제층이 실리콘 화합물을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,70℃ 환경하에서 168시간 방치한 후에서의 상기 양면 점착 시트의 상기 제1 박리 시트의 상기 점착제층에 대한 박리력을 X', 상기 제2 박리 시트의 상기 점착제층에 대한 박리력을 Y'로 했을 때, Y'-X' ≥ 50, Y'는 2000 이하〔X' 및 Y'의 단위는 mN/20㎜〕의 관계를 만족하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 디엔계 고분자 화합물을 이용한 박리제층이 활성 에너지선에 의해 경화시켜서 이루어진 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1박리제층의 디엔계 고분자 화합물이 1,4-폴리부타디엔이며, 상기 제2 박리제층의 디엔계 고분자 화합물이 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 또는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 폴리이소프렌인 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제2박리제층을 구성하는 1,4-폴리부타디엔과 1,2-폴리부타디엔의 중량비(1,4-폴리부타디엔/1,2-폴리부타디엔)가 85/15 내지 90/10 인 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 점착제층을 120℃에서 10분간 가열했을 때에 발생하는 가스량이 n-데칸 환산으로 1.0㎍/㎠ 이하인 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 점착제층의 수지 성분이 모르폴린을 함유하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,제1 박리제층 및 제2 박리제층이 산화 방지제를 함유하는 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,전자 부재용으로 이용되는 양면 점착 시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 양면 점착 시트의 제조 방법으로서, 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 또는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 폴리이소프렌으로 이루어지는 디엔계 고분자 화합물을 이용하여 구성되는 제2 박리제층을 가지는 제2 박리 시트 상에 점착제를 포함하는 점착제층 형성용 재료를 도공하여 도공막을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 도공막을 건조시켜 상기 점착제층을 형성하는 공정과, 형성된 상기 점착제층의 상기 제2 박리 시트와는 반대측 면에 1,4-폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 또는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 및 1,2-폴리부타디엔으로 이루어지는 디엔계 고분자 화합물을 이용하여 구성되는 제1 박리제층을 가지는 제1 박리 시트를 첩착하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 점착 시트의 제조 방법.
