Claims (13)
- 플러그-인 커넥터(1)로서,적어도 하나의 전기 컨덕터(31, 32)를 접속시키기 위하여 적어도 하나의 접속 엘리먼트(11)가 제공되는 제1 접속 영역(10);상기 플러그-인 커넥터에 접속될 카운터 커넥터를 접촉시키기 위하여 적어도 하나의 콘택트(21)가 제공되는 제2 접속 영역(20); 및상기 접속 엘리먼트(11) 및 상기 콘택트(21)가 제공되는 상부면(4)을 갖고, 상기 제1 접속 영역(10) 및 제2 접속 영역(20)을 전기적으로 상호접속시키도록 구성되는 캐리어 기판(3)을 포함하며,상기 캐리어 기판(3)은 하부측 상에 플러그-인 방향(70)으로 상기 플러그-인 커넥터의 기준(datum) 평면(46)을 형성하는 하우징(40)에 배치되고,상기 캐리어 기판(3)은, 상기 캐리어 기판의 상기 상부면(4)이 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)에서 상기 제1 접속 영역(10)으로부터 시작하여 상기 제2 접속 영역(20)의 방향으로 상기 기준 평면(46)에 대해 상승되는 방식으로 경사지도록 상기 하우징(40)에 배치되고,상기 제1 접속 영역(10)에서, 각각 개별 전기 컨덕터(31, 32)를 접속시키도록 제공되는 복수의 접속 엘리먼트들(11)이 배치되며,상기 접속 엘리먼트들(11)은, 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)으로 앞뒤로 배치되며 상기 플러그-인 방향에 대해 가로로 연장하는 적어도 2개 행들(15, 16)로 상기 캐리어 기판(3)상에 위치되고,접속 시, 제1 행(15)의 접속 엘리먼트들(11)에 접속되는 상기 전기 컨덕터들(31) 중 일부는 제2 행(16)의 접속 엘리먼트들(11) 위로 가이딩되는,플러그-인 커넥터.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 기판은 상기 캐리어 기판(3)의 상기 상부면(4)을 형성하는 인쇄 회로 보드를 포함하는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 접속 영역(10)에서, 각각 개별 전기 컨덕터(31, 32)를 접속시키도록 제공되는 복수의 접속 엘리먼트들(11)이 배치되며, 상기 접속 엘리먼트들(11) 중 적어도 둘은 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)으로 앞뒤로 상기 캐리어 기판(3)상에 배치되는,플러그-인 커넥터.

- 제1항에 있어서,절연 변위(ID) 콘택트들(11)이 개별 전기 컨덕터(31, 32)를 접속시키기 위한 접속 엘리먼트들로서 제공되는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,카운터 커넥터를 접촉시키기 위한 상기 콘택트(21)는, 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)으로 연장되고 상기 카운터 커넥터의 스프링 콘택트 접촉시키도록 구성되는 콘택트 면(22)을 갖는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,가압 디바이스(6)가 제공되며, 상기 가압 디바이스(6)에는 복수의 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)이 고정될 수 있고,상기 가압 디바이스(6)는, 상기 가압 디바이스에 고정되는 상기 전기 컨덕터들을, 이에 대응하는 개수 및 배치를 가지는 접속 엘리먼트들(11) 상으로 전기적 접촉을 위해 함께 가압하도록 구성되는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 가압 디바이스(6)는 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)에 대해 가로 방향으로 서로 병렬로 가이딩되는 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)을 브릿징(bridge)시키는 균일한 블럭(60)을 포함하며, 상기 가압 디바이스(6)에는 상기 전기 컨덕터들을 고정시키기 위한 병렬 리세스(recess)들(61)이 제공되는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 가압 디바이스(6)는 상기 하우징(40)에 대하여 피봇(pivotal) 방식으로 고정되고, 상기 가압 디바이스는 상기 접속 엘리먼트들(11)상에 상기 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)을 가압시키기 위하여 피봇 이동시 상기 하우징에 대해 이동가능한,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플러그-인 커넥터는 상기 제2 접속 영역(20)에서 RJ45 접속 시스템으로서 구성되는,플러그-인 커넥터.
- 제1항에 따른 플러그-인 커넥터(1)에 복수의 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)을 접속시키기 위한 방법으로서,상기 플러그-인 커넥터의 제1 접속 영역(10)에서, 상기 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32) 중 하나를 개별적으로 접속시키기 위해 각각 제공되는 복수의 접속 엘리먼트들(11)이 배치되고, 상기 접속 엘리먼트(11)는 상기 플러그-인 방향(70)으로 앞뒤로 배치되고 상기 플러그-인 방향에 대해 가로로 연장되는 적어도 2개의 행들(15, 16)로 상기 캐리어 기판상에 위치하며, 상기 플러그-인 커넥터는 가압 디바이스(6)를 포함하며, 상기 가압 디바이스(6)에는 상기 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)이 고정 엘리먼트들(62, 63)에 의하여 고정되고, 상기 가압 디바이스(6)는, 상기 가압 디바이스에 고정되는 상기 전기 컨덕터들을, 이에 대응하는 개수 및 배치를 가지는 접속 엘리먼트들(11) 상으로 전기적 접촉을 위해 함께 가압하도록 구성되며, 상기 방법은,제1 행의 고정 엘리먼트들(62)로 제1 개수의 개별 전기 컨덕터들(31)을 삽입하는 단계 ― 후속하여 상기 컨덕터들의 단부들을 절단하지 않음 ―;상기 제1 행의 고정 엘리먼트들(62)보다 상기 가압 디바이스(6)의 컨덕터-측 단부에 더 가깝게 위치된 제2 행의 고정 엘리먼트들(63)로 제2 개수의 개별 전기 컨덕터들(32)을 삽입하는 단계 ― 후속하여 상기 컨덕터들의 단부들을 절단함 ―; 및개별 접속 엘리먼트들(11)에 상기 전기 컨덕터들(31, 32)을 접속시키기 위하여 상기 접속 엘리먼트들(11) 위에 상기 가압 디바이스(6)를 가압하는 단계를 포함하는,복수의 전기 컨덕터들의 접속 방법.
