Claims (10)
- 폴리머 및 용제를 함유하는 도프를 지지체 상에 캐스팅하여 캐스팅 필름을 형성하는 단계;상기 지지체 상의 상기 캐스팅 필름을 경화시키는 단계;상기 지지체로부터 상기 캐스팅 필름을 박리하여 습윤 필름을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 습윤 필름을 가스 중에서 건조하여 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 용액 캐스팅 방법으로서,상기 가스는 상기 용제를 구성하는 액상 화합물보다 몰체적이 작은 소체적 화합물을 함유하고,상기 가스는 상기 소체적 화합물을, 상기 가스의 포화 증기의 중량(MS)에 대하여, 0.3배 ~ 1.0배의 범위 내에서 함유하며,상기 액상 화합물은 디클로로메탄과 함께 탄소수 1 ~ 5개의 알코올 1종 이상을 함유하고,상기 소체적 화합물은 물, 메탄올(단, 액상 화합물이 메탄올인 경우는 제외함), 아세톤 및 메틸에틸케톤 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용제는 복수개의 화합물로 이루어지고, 상기 복수개의 화합물 중에서 가장 작은 몰체적을 갖는 화합물이 상기 액상 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가스의 온도는 상기 소체적 화합물의 비점(℃) 이상 상기 비점(℃)의 3배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 습윤 필름을 가스 중에서 건조하여 필름을 형성하는 단계 전에 상기 습윤 필름을 텐터 건조기에 의해 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 습윤 필름을 가스 중에서 건조하여 필름을 형성하는 단계 후, 상기 습윤 필름에 가열된 가스를 가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 방법.
- 폴리머 및 용제를 함유하는 도프가 캐스팅되어 캐스팅 필름을 형성하는 지지체; 및가스 중에서 습윤 필름을 건조하여 필름을 형성하기 위한 건조 장치를 포함하는 용액 캐스팅 장치로서:상기 가스는 상기 용제를 구성하는 액상 화합물 보다 몰체적이 작은 소체적 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 습윤 필름은 상기 지지체로부터 박리된 상기 캐스팅 필름이고,상기 가스는 상기 소체적 화합물을, 상기 가스의 포화 증기의 중량(MS)에 대하여, 0.3배 ~ 1.0배의 범위 내에서 함유하며,상기 액상 화합물은 디클로로메탄과 함께 탄소수 1 ~ 5개의 알코올 1종 이상을 함유하고,상기 소체적 화합물은 물, 메탄올(단, 액상 화합물이 메탄올인 경우는 제외함), 아세톤 및 메틸에틸케톤 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 건조 장치는, 상기 습윤 필름을 반송하기 위한 복수개의 롤러로서 상기 롤러 위에 상기 습윤 필름이 걸쳐지는 복수개의 롤러;상기 복수개의 롤러를 수용하기 위한 건조 챔버; 및상기 건조 챔버 중의 상기 가스를 순환시키기 위한 가스 공급유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 습윤 필름의 반송방향으로 상기 건조 장치로부터 상류측에 배치된 텐터 건조기를 더 포함하고, 상기 텐터 건조기는 가스를 가하면서 상기 습윤 필름의 측단을 유지하여 상기 습윤 필름을 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 캐스팅 장치.
