Claims (31)
- 말단부 부근에 히터가 달린 전달기구;
전달기구의 말단부에 연결되고 내부에 공간이 형성된 임플란트; 및
상기 임플란트와 전달기구를 연결하는 하나의 모노필라멘트로 이루어지고, 임플란트의 내부 공간을 통과해 임플란트의 말단부 부근에서 임플란트에 부착되며, 임플란트의 기단부 부근에 묶여 매듭을 형성하고, 상기 히터가 가동되면 기단부에서 절단되어 임플란트를 분리시키는 처짐방지부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매듭이 임플란트의 일부분을 여러번 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처짐방지부재가 접착에 의해 임플란트에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처짐방지부재의 재료가 폴리올레핀, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, 에틸렌-옥텐 코폴리머, 생분해 물질, PGLA, 하이드로겔, 아크릴아미드, PEG, PET, 나일론, 아미드-기제 폴리머, 블록 코폴리머, PEBAX 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처짐방지부재가 상기 매듭의 기단부의 장력을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매듭의 말단부의 처짐방재부재의 장력이 매듭의 기단부의 처짐방지부재의 장력과 독립적인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트가 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 처짐방지부재가 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 튜브가 상기 코일 둘레에 감겨 상기 매듭을 형성하여, 매듭의 기단부의 튜브의 장력이 매듭의 말단부에서 뻗는 튜브 부분의 장력과 서로 독립적인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트가 하이드로겔 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 임플란트 전달장치.
