Claims (5)
- 가스용 열 교환기(1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d)에 있어서,플라스틱으로 이루어진 케이싱(13)과,냉각 유체와 열 교환하는 가스의 순환을 위한 복수의 평행 도관(3, 3a)을 포함하는 금속 코어(2)와,상기 복수의 평행 도관(3, 3a)의 하나 이상의 말단부에 레이저 용접으로 결합된 하나 이상의 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 9)과,복수의 리세스(19)를 구비하며, 상기 케이싱(13)의 내부에서 상기 케이싱(13)과의 사이에 공간을 두고 배치되는 하나 이상의 가스 탱크(12)를 포함하며,상기 가스 탱크(12)는 레이저 용접 또는 아크 용접에 의해 상기 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 9)에 직접적으로 연결되고,상기 코어(2)는 냉각 유체의 회로에 연결된 상기 케이싱(13) 내에 위치하며,상기 케이싱(13)은 상기 가스 탱크(12)의 대응 리세스(19)에 끼워져서 상기 가스 탱크(12)를 지지하는 복수의 세로 방향 리브(18)를 포함하는 결합 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는열 교환기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열 교환기는 냉각 유체의 유입구(4)와 유출구(5)가 평행 도관(3)의 동일한 개방 말단부(6)에서 인접한 위치를 차지하도록 "U"자형으로 형성된 타입이며, 반대편 말단부(7)가 폐쇄되어, 진행하는 통로와 복귀하는 통로를 한정하며,상기 코어(2)는, 개방 말단부(6)에 위치되며 케이싱(13)과 결합되는 가장자리부(11, 11a, 11b, 22)를 구비하는 제 1 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)과, 폐쇄 말단부(7)에 위치되며 폐쇄 가스 탱크(12)에 연결되는 제 2 지지판(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는열 교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 따른 열 교환기(1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d)에 적용되는 제조 방법에 있어서,1) 복수의 평행 도관(3, 3a), 적어도 하나의 금속 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 9) 및 적어도 하나의 가스 탱크(12)를 포함하는 코어(2)를 제공하는 단계와,2) 상기 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 9) 중의 하나를 레이저 용접으로 복수의 평행 도관(3, 3a)의 말단부 중의 적어도 하나에 결합시키는 단계와,3) 상기 가스 탱크(12)를 레이저 용접 또는 아크 용접으로 상기 지지판(8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 9) 중의 적어도 하나와 직접 연결시키는 단계와,4) 상기 코어(2)를 냉각 유체의 회로(14, 15)에 연결된 케이싱(13)에 도입하는 단계와,5) 상기 코어(2)를 상기 케이싱(13)에 결합시켜 열 교환기(1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d)를 완성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 5) 단계에 따른 상기 코어(2)와 상기 케이싱(13)의 결합은 용접, 접합 또는 기계적인 결합에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는열 교환기 제조 방법.
