Description
도 2는 본 발명의 3차원 성형물 제조장치에 적용되는 이송관의 일 구현예를 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 압출부의 위치가 변화되면서 이송관의 길이 및 경사각이 변화되는 관계를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 3차원 성형물 제조장치에 적용되는 이송관의 일 구현예를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 3차원 성형물 제조장치에 적용되는 이송관의 연결구조에 관한 실시 형태를 도시한 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 단위 이송관의 연결부위에 탄성부재가 설치된 이송관의 길이 변형과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 이송관과 저장용기 사이에 유연 연결부가 결합된 구조를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 이송관에 결합된 진동 발생부를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 성형재료 입자를 용융시키고, 용융된 성형재료 입자의 토출 위치를 제어하여 소정의 3차원 성형물을 제조하는 장치에 있어서,
3차원 성형에 이용되는 고분자 수지 펠렛을 로딩하는 제1저장용기;
압출기, 히터, 스크류 및 노즐을 포함하고, 고분자 수지 펠렛을 용융토출시켜 3차원 성형을 수행하는 압출부;
상기 제1저장용기에 저장된 고분자 수지 펠렛을 상기 압출부로 이송시키는 통로를 제공하는 이송관;
상기 압출부의 고분자 수지 펠렛 공급방향에 연결되어 상기 압출부로 공급되는 고분자 수지 펠렛을 임시 저장하고, 상기 이송관을 통하여 상기 제1저장용기에 연결되는 제2저장용기;
상기 압출부의 위치를 x, y 축 방향 또는 x, y, z 축 방향으로 제어하는 압출부 위치 제어부; 및
상기 압출부에서 용융토출되는 고분자 수지가 고정되는 성형물 제조판;을 포함하고,
상기 제1저장용기는 상기 압출부의 위치 변화와 상관없이 위치가 고정되고, 상기 제2저장용기는 상기 압출부와 함께 위치 이동하며, 상기 제1저장용기는 제2저장용기보다 저장용량이 상대적으로 크고,
상기 이송관은 복수개의 단위 이송관이 연결되어 이루어지고, 상기 복수개의 단위 이송관이 연결되어 이루어진 이송관은 단위 이송관 중 적어도 어느 하나가 다른 인접한 이송관의 내부에 삽입되어 연결되며, 상기 삽입되어 연결된 단위 이송관들의 연결부위 길이가 조절되고,
상기 이송관은 직선의 형태를 유지하면서 길이가 조절되고,
상기 단위 이송관들의 연결부위에 걸림턱이 형성되어서 단위 이송관들이 서로 이탈되는 것을 방지하고,
상기 단위 이송관들은 상기 제1저장용기에 가까운 이송관의 직경이 상기 제2저장용기에 가까운 이송관의 직경보다 작고,
상기 제1저장용기와 이송관 사이 또는 상기 제2저장용기와 이송관 사이에 유연한 연결부가 형성되고, 상기 압출부의 스크류 직경은 1 내지 50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 성형물 제조장치. - 삭제
