Claims (3)
- 삭제
- 유압펌프;상기 유압펌프에 연결되고 작업장치를 구동시키는 유압실린더;상기 유압실린더의 라지챔버와 연통되는 제1포트 및 스몰챔버와 연통되는 제2포트가 각각 형성되는 메인 컨트롤밸브;상기 메인 컨트롤밸브에 내설되고, 절환시 상기 유압펌프로부터 유압실린더에 공급되는 작동유의 양 및 흐름방향을 제어하는 작업장치용 스풀;상기 제1,2포트에 각각 연통되도록 상기 스풀에 형성되는 중공 홀;상기 중공 홀의 일측에 탄성지지되고, 상기 중공 홀을 통해 전달되는 압력에 의해 이동시 제1포트, 제2포트 및 탱크챔버에 각각 연통되는 플로팅공이 형성되는 슬리브; 및상기 유압실린더를 플로팅 상태로 전환하기 위해 외부로부터 공급되는 파일럿 신호압에 의해 절환시, 노치를 통해 상기 슬리브 후단의 챔버와 상기 탱크챔버를 연통시키고, 상기 제1포트와 상기 챔버를 연통시키는 통로를 차단시키는 파일럿 스풀을 포함하는 플로팅 기능이 구비된 컨트롤밸브를 포함하는 유압회로에 있어서:상기 플로팅공은,상기 슬리브에 축방향으로 형성되어 상기 중공 홀을 통해 제1포트와 연통되는 제1플로팅공과,상기 제1플로팅공에 연통되도록 슬리브에 반경방향으로 관통형성되고, 상기 슬리브의 이동시 상기 제2포트와 연통되는 제2플로팅공과,상기 제1플로팅공에 연통되도록 슬리브에 반경방향으로 관통형성되고, 상기 슬리브의 이동시 상기 탱크챔버와 연통되는 제3플로팅공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로팅 기능이 구비된 컨트롤밸브를 포함하는 유압회로.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 슬리브는,상기 슬리브의 양단 수압부의 단면적 차이 및 상기 챔버에서 상기 슬리브 후단부를 탄성지지하는 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 상기 슬리브를 탄성지지하여, 상기 제1포트에 대해 상기 제2포트 및 탱크챔버를 차단하는 초기상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로팅 기능이 구비된 컨트롤밸브를 포함하는 유압회로.
