Claims (4)
- 서로 교차하는 복수의 주사선 및 복수의 데이터선과,화소 영역의 외측에, 제조 공정에 있어서 상기 복수의 주사선을 서로 단락시키는 본선부 및 그 본선부로부터 상기 복수의 데이터선과 교차하도록 연장하는 연장부를 갖는 단락용 배선과,소정 전위가 공급됨과 함께 상기 연장부에 전기적으로 접속된 정전위 배선을 구비하며,상기 화소 영역의 외측에 있어서, 상기 복수의 데이터선 중 서로 이웃하는 데이터선 사이에, 상기 복수의 데이터선과 동일 막으로 이루어지는 더미 배선을 추가로 구비하고,상기 정전위 배선은, 상기 복수의 데이터선으로부터 제 1 절연막을 개재하여 상층 측에 형성됨과 함께, 상기 더미 배선과 상기 제 1 절연막에 개공된 제 1 컨택트홀을 통하여 전기적으로 접속되고,상기 연장부는, 상기 복수의 데이터선으로부터 제 2 절연막을 개재하여 하층 측에 형성됨과 함께, 상기 더미 배선과 상기 제 2 절연막에 개공된 제 2 컨택트홀을 통하여 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정전위 배선은, 기판 상에서 평면적으로 보아, 상기 연장부에 적어도 부분적으로 겹쳐지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
