Abstract
이 유기발광다이오드 표시장치는 유기발광다이오드(OLED)를 각각 갖는 다수의 화소들(P)이 형성된 표시패널(10); 및 전류 적분기로 동작하여 상기 화소들(P)의 전기적 특성을 센싱하는 다수의 센싱&출력부들(124)을 구비하고; 상기 센싱&출력부들(124) 각각은, 제1 입력단(+), 제2 입력단(-) 및 출력단을 갖는 OP-AMP; 상기 제1 입력단(+)에 접속된 초기화전압 공급원(VCM); 상기 제2 입력단(-)과 상기 출력단 사이에 접속된 피드백 커패시터(Cfb); 상기 제2 입력단(-)과 상기 출력단 사이에서 상기 피드백 커패시터(Cfb)와 병렬로 접속된 제1 스위치(SW3); 및 상기 화소들(P) 중 어느 하나와 상기 제2 입력단(-) 사이에 접속된 제2 스위치(SW5)를 구비한다.

Claims (3)
- 유기발광다이오드(OLED)를 각각 갖는 다수의 화소들(P)이 형성된 표시패널(10); 및
전류 적분기로 동작하여 상기 화소들(P)의 전기적 특성을 센싱하는 다수의 센싱&출력부들(124)을 구비하고;
상기 센싱&출력부들(124) 각각은,
제1 입력단(+), 제2 입력단(-) 및 출력단을 갖는 OP-AMP;
상기 제1 입력단(+)에 접속된 초기화전압 공급원(VCM);
상기 제2 입력단(-)과 상기 출력단 사이에 접속된 피드백 커패시터(Cfb);
상기 제2 입력단(-)과 상기 출력단 사이에서 상기 피드백 커패시터(Cfb)와 병렬로 접속된 제1 스위치(SW3);
상기 화소들(P) 중 어느 하나와 상기 제2 입력단(-) 사이에 접속된 제2 스위치(SW5); 및
상기 제2 입력단(-)과 기준 전류원(IREF) 사이에 접속된 제3 스위치(SW4)를 구비하고;
상기 제1 및 제2 스위치(SW3,SW5)가 턴 오프 상태로 유지됨과 동시에, 상기 제3 스위치(SW4)가 턴 온 상태로 유지되는 기간 동안, 상기 기준 전류원(IREF)은 싱크 전류를 생성하여 상기 센싱&출력부들(124)의 제2 입력단들(-)에 공통으로 인가하고, 각 센싱&출력부(124)는 상기 싱크 전류가 입력될 때 자신의 피드백 커패시터(Cfb) 크기에 대응되는 센싱 전압을 출력하며, 상기 센싱 전압은 피드백 커패시터(Cfb)의 편차 보상에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱&출력부들(124) 각각은, 상기 화소들(P)의 전기적 특성을 센싱하기 위해 상기 유기발광다이오드(OLED)의 애노드 전극에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화소들(P)의 전기적 특성을 센싱하기 위해 상기 센싱&출력부들(124) 각각은 상기 화소들(P)로부터 전류 정보를 입력 받으며,
상기 전류 정보는 상기 피드백 커패시터(Cfb)에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
