Abstract
인쇄층이 있는 화학 강화 유리는 화학 강화 전의 유리 표면에 도포된 인쇄용 재료가 베이킹 되어 인쇄층이 형성되며 그 상태에서 화학 강화가 이루어져 화학 강화 유리가 형성되어 있다. 상기 인쇄용 재료는 붕규산 유리를 주성분으로 하는 무기의 필러 및 무기의 안료를 함유한다. 인쇄용 재료의 베이킹 온도는 600 ~ 670℃이다. 화율 강화 유리는 소다 유리를 화학 강화하여 형성되어 있다. 맞댐 유리는 인쇄층이 있는 화학 강화 유리의 인쇄층 측과 인쇄층을 가지지 않는 화학 강화 유리가 중간막을 통해 접합되어 있다.
Description
상기 인쇄용 재료는 무기의 필러 및 무기의 안료를 함유하는 붕규산 유리로 이루어지고, 상기 인쇄용 재료의 베이킹 온도는 600~670℃인 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 2는 화학 강화 유리의 배면의 주위에 인쇄층을 형성한 상태의 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 상태의 화학 강화 유리의 배면에 중간 막을 올린 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4는 도 8의 상태에서 중간막 상에 인쇄층을 가지지 않는 화학 강화 유리를 중첩하여 가열해 접합한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 5는 맞댐 유리를 틀체의 내주부에 메워 접착층에서 접합한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 6은 맞댐 유리의 외주부와 틀체의 내주부와의 사이의 틈새를 씰재로 밀봉한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

- 화학 강화 유리의 표면에 인쇄층이 마련된 인쇄층이 있는 화학 강화 유리이며, 화학 강화 전의 유리 표면에 도포된 인쇄용 재료가 베이킹 되어 인쇄층이 형성되어 그 상태에서 화학 강화가 이루어져 화학 강화 유리가 형성되는 인쇄층이 있는 화학 강화 유리에 있어서,
상기 인쇄용 재료는 무기의 필러 및 무기의 안료를 함유하는 붕규산 유리로 이루어지고,
상기 인쇄용 재료의 베이킹 온도는 600~670℃인 것을 특징으로인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄층이 있는 화학 강화 유리. - 삭제
