Claims (7)
- 원료를 수용하는 내부공간을 가지며, 일측이 개방된 형상의 하우징;
상기 하우징의 개방된 일측과 대향되는 면에 삽입홈이 형성되며, 상기 하우징의 개방된 일측을 향해 이동 가능한 오링 형상의 실링플레이트;
상기 실링플레이트와 연결되어 상기 실링플레이트와 함께 이동가능하며, 상기 실링플레이트가 상기 하우징의 개방된 일측과 이격되는 대기위치 및 상기 하우징의 개방된 일측과 접촉되는 작동위치로 전환가능한 승강유닛;
상기 실링플레이트와 상기 승강유닛 사이에 배치되며, 상기 하우징의 개방된 일측을 향해 자력을 인가하여 상기 실링플레이트가 상기 내부공간을 외부로부터 폐쇄가능한 전자석플레이트; 및
상기 삽입홈을 따라 설치되는 실링부재;를 포함하되,
상기 전자석플레이트는 중앙부에 개구를 가지는 링 형상이고,
상기 실링플레이트와 상기 전자석플레이트는 서로 동일한 중심을 가지며,
상기 삽입홈은 상기 전자석플레이트의 내경과 외경 사이의 중앙부를 따라 형성되는, 레토르트 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 승강유닛은,
상부면로부터 함몰된 형상의 안착면을 가지며, 상기 안착면에 상기 전자석플레이트가 안착되는 베이스플레이트;
상기 베이스플레이트에 연결되어 상기 베이스플레이트와 함께 이동하는 실린더로드; 및
상기 실린더로드와 연결되며, 상기 실린더로드를 구동하여 상기 실링플레이트를 상기 대기위치에서 상기 작동위치로 전환하는 실린더를 구비하는, 레토르트 장치. - 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 실링플레이트와 상기 전자석플레이트 및 상기 베이스플레이트는 서로 동일한 중심을 가지는, 레토르트 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 실링플레이트는 하부면으로부터 돌출된 안착돌기를 구비하며,
상기 베이스플레이트는 상부면으로부터 함몰되어 상기 안착돌기가 삽입체결가능한 체결홈을 가지는, 레토르트 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링플레이트는 상기 내부공간의 열전달을 방지하는 방열소재인, 레토르트 장치.
