Abstract
따라서, 본 발명의 실시형태에 의하면, 셀룰로스(cellulose) 진동 부재에 의해 프레임의 반진동을 흡수할 수 있다. 따라서, 종래와 같이 프레임의 반진동으로 인한 음의 왜곡 현상을 저감시킬 수 있다. 또한, 셀룰로스(cellulose)는 압전 특성을 가지기 때문에, 필요에 따라서 압전 특성을 가지는 진동 부재에 전압을 가하여 압전층의 압전 특성을 보완하고, 진동을 증폭시킬 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 압전층과, 상기 압전층의 양면에 형성된 전극을 구비하여, 상기 전극으로 인가되는 전압에 의해 분극되어 진동을 발생하는 압전 소자; 및
상기 압전 소자에 비해 두꺼운 두께를 가지도록 형성되어, 상기 압전 소자의 일측면에 부착되며, 압전 특성을 가지며, 상기 압전 소자에 인가되는 전압에 비해 낮은 작동 전압에 의해, 자체적으로 진동 가능한 셀룰로스(cellulose)로 이루어진 진동 부재;
적어도 상기 진동 부재를 둘러싸도록 설치되어, 상기 진동 부재를 지지하는 프레임;
상기 압전 소자의 상측에서 상기 프레임과 연결되도록 설치되어 상기 진동 부재 및 압전 소자를 커버하며, 전면에 복수의 음향홀이 마련된 커버;
상기 압전 소자와 진동 부재 사이에 위치하여 상기 압전 소자와 진동 부재 간을 접합시키며, 탄성을 가지는 접착층;
를 포함하고,
상기 접착층은 에폭시(epoxy) 실리콘(silicon) 수지 및 아크릴 올리고머(acryl oligomer) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하며,
상기 셀룰로스(cellulose)로 이루어진 진동 부재는 상기 프레임에 의한 음의 왜곡을 방지하고, 상기 압전 소자의 진동을 증폭시켜 음압을 향상시키는 압전 스피커. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 압전층은 PZT, PMN-PT, PZN-PT, PIN-PT, PYN-PT, PVDF, PVDF-TrFE, BNT (BaNiTiO3) 및 BZT-BCT 중 적어도 하나로 이루어진 압전 스피커. - 삭제
