본 발명의 선충 방제제의 전처리에 의한 뿌리혹선충 예방 효과를 알아보기 위하여, 토마토 유묘가 심겨진 화분에 본 발명의 선충 방제제 및 대조구로 포스티아제이트(선충탄 액제)를 포트당 300㎖씩 관주처리한 후 뿌리혹선충 유충을 1200마리씩 접종하였다. 10주 동안 재배한 토마토 유묘의 뿌리를 비교한 결과, 본 발명의 선충 방제제를 1,000ppm 및 2,000ppm 농도로 처리한 토마토 뿌리의 무게는 대조구로 처리한 포스티아제이트를 처리한 경우와 비슷한 뿌리 발달(도 3)과 뿌리 무게를 나타냈고(표 5), 지상부의 생육(도 4)도 원활하게 이루어진 것을 확인할 수 있었다.In order to examine the root-knot nematode prevention effect by the pretreatment of the nematocarbons of the present invention, the nematocarbons of the present invention and the post-thiazides (nematicide liquor) were injected into pots planted with tomato seedlings at intervals of 300 ml per pot After the treatment, 1,200 nematode larvae were inoculated. 본 발명의 선충 방제제가 뿌리혹선충에 감염된 작물에 미치는 방제 효과를 알아보기 위하여, 토마토 유묘에 뿌리혹선충 유충을 1200마리씩 접종하여 뿌리혹 및 난낭을 유도하고, 뿌리혹 및 난낭이 형성된 토마토 유묘에 본 발명의 선충 방제제 및 대조구로 포스티아제이트(선충탄 액제)를 포트당 300㎖씩 관주처리하여 6주동안 재배한 토마토 유묘의 뿌리혹지수 및 난낭지수를 계수하였다. 그 결과, 뿌리혹 및 난낭이 형성된 유묘에 본 발명의 선충 방제제를 1,000ppm 농도로 처리하였을 때, 대조구인 포스티아제이트보다도 높은 억제 효과를 나타내어 각각 뿌리혹은 66%, 난낭은 56% 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며(도 5 및 표 6), 본 발명의 선충 방제제 처리에 의하여 지상부의 생육(도 4)도 원활하게 이루어진 것을 확인할 수 있었다(도 6).In order to examine the effect of the nematode controlling agent of the present invention on the crops infected with root-knot nematode, 1200 seeds of root-knot nematode larvae were inoculated on the tomato seedlings to induce root canals and oocysts, Potashia zeit (Nematodes liquor) as a control and control was treated with 300 ml per pot, and rooting index and ovarian capsule index of tomato seedlings cultivated for 6 weeks were counted.
