Claims (5)
- 내마모성과 마킹방지 특성 및 인열강도가 향상된 열가소성 탄성체 조성물에 있어서,
스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체(SBS) 85 ~ 95 중량%, 부타디엔고무(BR) 4 ~ 11 중량% 및 에틸렌프로필렌고무(EPDM) 1 ~ 4 중량%로 이루어진 기재 100 중량부에 대하여,
실리카 케이크(silica cake) 3 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지되,
상기 실리카 케이크는, 카르복실화된 SBR(styrene butadiene rubber)라텍스, 실리카 및 금속산화물(metal oxide)을 중량비 50 : 50 : 10으로 혼합하여 이루어지며,
상기 금속 산화물은, 산화카드뮴, 산화마그네슘, 산화수은, 산화주석, 산화납 및 산화칼슘 중에서 1종 이상을 선택, 병용하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성과 마킹방지 특성 및 인열강도가 향상된 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.

상기 카르복실화된 SBR 라텍스는,
SBR 라텍스 100 중량부에 대하여,
카르복실기가 있는 단량체 50 ~ 90 중량부 및 용매 10 ~ 50 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성과 마킹방지 특성 및 인열강도가 향상된 열가소성 탄성체 조성물.

- 내마모성과 마킹방지 특성 및 인열강도가 향상된 열가소성 탄성체 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,
카르복실화된 SBR(styrene butadiene rubber)라텍스, 실리카 및 금속산화물(metal oxide)을 중량비 50 : 50 : 10으로 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 감압 필터를 통해 필터링(filtering)하여 용매를 1차 제거한 후, 상기 필터링된 혼합물을 50 ~ 70℃의 컨벡션 오븐(convection oven)에서 3 ~ 5시간 보관하여 잔류 용매를 2차 제거하여 실리카 케이크(silica cake)를 제조하는 실리카 케이크 제조단계(S1); 및
SBS(styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer) 85 ~ 95 중량%, BR(butadiene rubber) 4 ~ 11 중량% 및 EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer) 1 ~ 4 중량%로 이루어진 기재 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 실리카 케이크 3 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하고, 이축 압출기를 이용하여, 스크류 속도 55 ~ 60rpm, 온도 155 ~ 165℃의 조건에서 펠렛(pellet)을 제조하는 SBS,BR,EPDM-실리카 케이크 혼합단계(S2);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성과 마킹방지 특성 및 인열강도가 향상된 열가소성 탄성체 조성물의 제조방법.
