상기 디엔계 고무 코어는 평균 입경 2500 내지 3800 Å이고, 겔 함량 85 내지 99 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디엔계 고무 코어는 부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합 고무 라텍스, 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합 고무 라텍스, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합 고무 라텍스 또는 이로부터 유도된 평균 입경 600 내지 1500 Å의 고무 라텍스를 아세트산으로 대구경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체
- 제1항에 있어서,

상기 그라프트 공중합체의 그라프트율은 20% 이상이고, 잔류 고형 응고분 함량이 0.05% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체.

상기 그라프트 공중합체의 중합 전환율은 98.5%이상이고, 중량평균 분자량(Mw)은 50,000 내지 150,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체.

상기 그라프트 공중합체의 수분 함량은 라텍스 응집 후 탈수에 의해 함수율 20 내지 40%의 고형분 타입을 열풍건조하거나 혹은 압출시킨 다음 압착 탈수 및 수분 증발시켜 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항의 고무 강화된 그라프트 공중합체(a);와 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물이 공중합된 공중합체, 폴리비닐클로라이드 및 폴리카보네이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수지(b);로 구성되고, 잔류 유화제 함량이 17500 ㎍/g 이하인, 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 (a)와 (b)의 총중량에 대하여, 상기 (a) 그라프트 공중합체는 20 내지 40 중량%, 그리고 상기 (b) 수지는 60 내지 80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 중 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물이 공중합된 공중합체는 방향족 비닐 화합물 60 내지 85 중량부, 및 비닐시안 화합물 15 내지 40 중량부를 중합한 것으로 중량평균 분자량(Mw) 60,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.

상기 조성물은 Static Head Space Sampler를 이용하여 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 압출한 펠렛을 60℃에서 평형시킨 후, 발생한 휘발성분을 톨루엔을 기준물질로 하여 GC/MS를 이용하여 평가한 총휘발성 유기 화합물(TVOCs)의 양이 700 ㎍/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.

상기 총휘발성 유기 화합물(TVOCs) 중 아크릴로니트릴 함량은 1 ㎍/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.

상기 조성물은 활제, 산화방지제, 대전방지제, 이형제, 열안정제, 이형제, 분산제, 적하방지제, 내후안정제, 무기 충진제, 무기 섬유, 염료, 및 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 1종 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 총휘발성 유기화합물 저감용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제13항에 의한 열가소성 수지 조성물을 압출 및 사출시켜 수득된 열가소성 수지로서, 가공시 총휘발성 유기화합물 가스발생 및 냄새취가 저감되고 열 안정성과 내충격성 및 표면 광택이 개선된 열가소성 수지.
