Claims (9)
상기 반응기 내부의 반응영역에서, 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여, 상기 알파-올레핀을 폴리올레핀으로 중합하는 단계; 및
생성된 폴리올레핀 중합체를 반응기로부터 배출시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 반응기는 하부에 위치하는 하부 원통형 부분(a)과 상기 하부 원통형 부분(a)의 상부에 위치하며, 위로 개방되는 형태의 상부 원뿔형 부분(b)으로 이루어지고, 수직선에 대한 상기 상부 원뿔형 부분(b)의 경사 각도(s)는 4 내지 7도이고, 상기 반응기의 전체 높이(a + b) : 하부 원통형 부분(a)의 높이 비는 1 : 0.5 내지 0.7 이며,
상기 반응기의 내부는 올레핀이 중합되는 유동층 영역인 반응영역(A) 및 상기 반응영역(A)의 상부에 위치하고 고체상의 폴리올레핀 입자가 기상으로부터 분리되는 자유영역(B)으로 구분되며, 상기 유동층의 높이는 상기 상부 원뿔형 부분(b) 높이의 10% 내지 30%의 범위에 있으며,
상기 유동층(A) 내부에 드래프트관이 설치되고, 상기 드래프트관의 상부로부터, 순환기체 및 폴리올레핀 입자가 상기 유동층(A)으로 배출되며, 상기 드래프트관의 순환기체 및 폴리올레핀 입자 배출 부위는 상기 하부 원통형 부분(a) 및 상부 원뿔형 부분(b)의 경계에 위치하는 것인, 올레핀의 중합 방법.
