- 유입되는 하수 또는 폐수로부터 토사를 제거하는 침사지와, 상기 침사지로부터 유입되는 유입수를 침전시키는 1차 침전지와, 상기 1차 침전지로부터 유입되는 유입수를 미생물을 이용하여 처리하는 생물반응조와, 상기 생물반응조로부터 유입되는 유입수를 침전시키는 2차 침전지를 포함하는 하·폐수처리시설에 있어서,
상기 2차 침전지에서 발생하는 제1 잉여 슬러지를 농축하는 슬러지 농축조와,
상기 슬러지 농축조에서 발생되는 제2 잉여 슬러지로부터 인산염을 방출시키는 인산염 방출장치와,
전단(前段)에서 입수되는 슬러지 내에 포함된 부유성 고형물을 여과시설을 통해 최소화하여 인산염 순도를 높인 상등액과 제3 잉여 슬러지로 고액 분리시키는 제1고형물 여과시설 및
상기 제1고형물 여과시설에서 발생되는 상등액을 입수 받은 후 pH 조절액을 투입하여 pH를 조절하고 결정화 약품을 투입하여 인 결정을 생성하는 인 결정화 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 인산염 방출장치는 열 처리법 및 마이크로 처리법 중에 선택된 적어도 하나의 방식을 사용하여 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 인산염 방출장치에서 발생되는 슬러지는 상기 제1고형물 여과시설로 입수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 인산염 방출장치에서 발생되는 슬러지를 소화시키는 소화조와,
상기 소화조에서 소화된 슬러지를 입력받아 이를 농축시키는 소화 농축조와,
상기 소화 농축조에서 발생되는 소화 농축조 상등액을 상기 제1고형물 여과시설로 입수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 제1고형물 여과시설에서 발생되는 잉여 슬러지를 소화시키는 소화조와,
상기 소화조에서 소화된 슬러지를 입력받아 이를 농축시키는 소화 농축조와,
상기 소화 농축조에서 발생되는 소화 농축조 상등액을 고액 분리시키는 제2고형물 여과시설을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 2항 내지 제 5항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인 결정화 장치는
유입되는 유입수를 일시 저장하는 결정화 저류조와,
pH 조절액을 저장하고 상기 결정화 저류조에 유입된 유입수에 pH 조절액을 투입하는 pH 조절액 투입부와,
상기 결정화 저류조로부터 유입되는 유입수로부터 인산염 결정을 생성하는 결정화 반응조, 및
인산염 결정을 생성하는 약품을 저장하고 상기 결정화 반응조에 결정화 약품을 투입하는 결정화 약품 투입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 결정화 반응조는 내부부터 제1탱크, 제2탱크 및 제3탱크 순으로 구성되는 삼중 탱크 구조로 구비되며, 상기 제1탱크와 상기 제2탱크를 구분짓는 격벽의 상단 높이는 수위보다 낮게 형성되고, 상기 제2탱크와 상기 제3탱크를 구분짓는 격벽의 상단 높이는 수위보다 높게 형성되며, 상기 제1탱크와 상기 제2탱크의 밑면은 개방되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 결정화 반응조의 하부면은 가운데 부분으로 갈수록 폭이 좁은 형상을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
전단(前段)에서 입수되는 상기 유입수는 상기 제1탱크의 하부로부터 상부 방향으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 결정화 반응조는 내부부터 제1탱크, 및 제2탱크 순으로 구성되는 이중 탱크 구조로 구비되며, 상기 제1탱크와 상기 제2탱크를 구분짓는 격벽의 상단 높이는 수위보다 높게 형성되고, 상기 제1탱크의 밑면은 개방되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
전단(前段)에서 입수되는 상기 유입수는 상기 제1탱크의 상부로부터 하부 방향으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1고형물 여과시설은 정밀여과막장치, 섬유상여과기, 마이크로스트레이너, 및 사여과기 중에서 선택된 하나의 여과시설로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수처리시설.
