Abstract
본 발명에 따른 원적외선 바이오 칼라강판 제조 방법은 베이스 강판 일면에, 전처리층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 전처리층 상에 하도층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 하도층 상에, 안료를 포함하는 상도층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 상도층을 형성하기 위한 상도 도료에 원적외선 방사능을 갖는 세라믹 파우더가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 베이스 강판 일면에, 전처리층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 전처리층 상에 하도층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 하도층 상에, 안료를 포함하는 상도층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 상도층을 형성하기 위한 상도 도료는 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 안료 20~55중량부, 용제 5~50중량부, 경 방향족 용제 나프타 5~30중량부, 중 방향족 용제 나프타 5~30중량부 및 원적외선 방사능을 갖는 세라믹 파우더 2~8중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 바이오 칼라강판 제조 방법.
- 베이스 강판 일면에, 하도층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 하도층 상에, 안료를 포함하는 상도층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 상도층을 형성하기 위한 상도 도료는 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 안료 20~55중량부, 용제 5~50중량부, 경 방향족 용제 나프타 5~30중량부, 중 방향족 용제 나프타 5~30중량부 및 원적외선 방사능을 갖는 세라믹 파우더 2~8중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 바이오 칼라강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 강판은
아연을 포함하는 도금층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 바이오 칼라강판 제조 방법.
