도 2는 비교예에 따른 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 이용하여 제작된 저수조를 나타낸 사진.
Claims (9)
- 삭제
- (a) 에틸렌 함량이 0.5~5중량%이고, 용융지수가 10~35g/10min인 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부;
(b) 상기 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 비페놀계 산화방지제인 인계 산화방지제 0.05~0.15중량부;
(c) 상기 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 비페놀계 산화방지제인 아민계 산화방지제 0.01~0.05중량부; 및
(d) 상기 (a) 내지 (c) 성분 100중량부에 대하여 솔비톨계 화합물, 노니톨계 화합물 및 소듐 포스페이트계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 핵제 0.05~0.3중량부;
를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물로 사출 성형된 식수용 플라스틱 저수조로서,
상기 저수조의 물에 의한 색상변화 저감 성능이 하기 변색 시험 조건에 따른 황색도(yellow index) 증가량이 6% 이내이고, 백색도(white index) 변화량이 1% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 식수용 플라스틱 저수조.
[변색 시험 조건]
펠렛상의 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 이용하여 사출성형기로 저수조를 사출하여 저수조 바닥면이 잠길 정도로 초순수를 공급한 후 항온항습기(85℃, 95%)에 17일간 방치하고, 가속화 조건 전,후의 저수조에 대해 색차계를 이용하여 황색도(yellow index) 및 백색도(white index)를 측정함. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인계 산화방지제는 트리스(2,4-디-t-부틸페닐)포스파이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 식수용 플라스틱 저수조. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아민계 산화방지제는 알킬 아민계 산화방지제인 것을 특징으로 하는 식수용 플라스틱 저수조. - 삭제
