Description

[0001] APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A PARTITION [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a partition manufacturing apparatus, and more particularly, to a partition manufacturing apparatus that is eco-friendly and capable of enhancing product productivity.

Generally, a plurality of partitions are assembled in a place where a space is divided and used such as an office.

Since the worker performs a relatively long time in the space partitioned by the partition, the partition is developed in consideration of the aesthetic elements such as color and design and the environment-friendly factors in order to create a comfortable working environment.

Such a partition includes a frame vertically supported on the floor, a panel disposed inside the frame, and a sheet covering the outer surface of the panel.

1 is a view illustrating a method of joining a panel and a sheet according to the related art.

Referring to FIG. 1 (a), the manufacturer once places the sheet 10 on a jig (not shown) and spreads the adhesive 35 evenly on the upper surface of the sheet 10 using the sprayer 30. Thereafter, the adhesive 35 is sprayed again onto the upper surface of the panel 20 to be bonded to the sheet 10, and is then applied.

1 (b), the manufacturer glues and fixes one side of four sides of the panel 20, or two adjacent side surfaces and the side surfaces 11 and 12 of the sheet. Here, the manufacturer may bond the panel 20 and the sheet 10 after spraying the adhesive 35 onto the side surface of the panel 20 and the sheet 10, which are bonded to each other.

1 (c), the manufacturer places the panel 20, on which the sheet 10 is preliminarily bonded, on the side of the two panels 20 that are not adhered and the sides 13, 14) in this order. At this time, the manufacturer pulls and sticks the upper surface 15 of the sheet 10 bonded to the upper surface of the panel 20 so as to be flat.

Such a conventional method of bonding a panel and a sheet has the following problems.

First, in the conventional manufacturing process, an adhesive is sprayed not only on the side surface of the panel but also on the top surface of the panel and the sheet corresponding to the top surface for adhesion between the panel and the sheet, so an excessive amount of adhesive is required. This causes a rise in manufacturing cost, and a user in the office facing the upper surface of the panel may be deteriorated in health.

Second, in the conventional manufacturing process, the manufacturer has to manually perform all the bonding processes, so that the productivity is lowered, and defective products may occur, which increases the selling cost per single partition.

Third, since the adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the widest panel, it is difficult to separate the panel and the sheet when the sheet is replaced.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a partition manufacturing apparatus for providing an environmentally friendly and economical partition by significantly reducing the amount of adhesive applied for adhesion between a panel and a sheet, .

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a partition manufacturing apparatus capable of increasing productivity by minimizing manual operation of a manufacturer and preventing generation of defective products.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cutting apparatus including a shelf, a clamping actuator disposed on an upper surface of the shelf, a first clamping unit moved upward and downward by the clamping actuator, A second clamping unit for clamping the moved first clamping unit and the seat; a pair of flanges disposed forward from both sides of the shelf; and a plate rotatably hinged to the flange Device.

Preferably, the clamping actuator includes a cylinder driven by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure from the outside, a first support member disposed on the upper side of the lathe and supporting the cylinder at a predetermined height, and a second support member disposed on the free end of the drive shaft of the cylinder. A second support member disposed at a front side of the first support member, a link member having one end and the other end connected to the linking member and the second support member, one end connected to the link member, And a transmitting member to which the other end is connected to the first clamping unit.

Preferably, the clamping actuator unit further includes a solenoid valve for controlling the hydraulic pressure or the air pressure introduced into the clamping cylinder, and a controller for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve.

Preferably, the solenoid valve is implemented as a solenoid valve.

Preferably, the controller is implemented as a pedal.

Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a rotating member protruding from the upper side of the plate and rotatably disposed.

Preferably, the rotary member is protruded from the upper side of the plate so as to correspond to the height of the panel.

Preferably, the rotary member further includes a friction member disposed on an upper surface of the rotary member.

Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a pressure actuator unit for pressing the free end of the plate.

Preferably, the pressurizing actuator portion includes a guide portion formed by being bent so that one end thereof is supported by the shelf and the other end is disposed on the upper side of the plate, a pressurizing cylinder connected to the guide portion to press the plate, Shaped fixing member provided at the free end of the driving shaft of the driving shaft and a moving cylinder for moving the pressing cylinder in the plate direction from the shelf.

The present invention has a manufacturing cost reduction and an eco-friendly effect by implementing a partition manufacturing apparatus using an upper surface of a panel and a manufacturing method that does not apply an adhesive to the corresponding sheet portion.

Further, the present invention provides a partition manufacturing apparatus that can partially or wholly automate the adhesion between the panel and the sheet, thereby reducing the labor cost and the defective rate, and improving the productivity.

Further, according to the present invention, the adhesive is not applied to the upper surface of the panel, which is the widest attachment portion between the panel and the sheet, and only a minimal amount of adhesive is used on only the side surface, thereby facilitating the sheet replacement.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Unless defined otherwise, all terms used herein are the same as the generic meanings of the terms understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, and where the terms used herein contradict the general meaning of the term, they shall be as defined herein.

It is to be understood, however, that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a partition manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a side view of a partition manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

2 and 3, a partition manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a shelf 110, a clamping actuator unit 120, a first clamping unit 130, a second clamping unit 140, A pair of flange portions 150 and a plate 160.

2 illustrates a state where the first clamping unit 130 and the second clamping unit 140 are unclamped. FIG. 3 illustrates a state where the first clamping unit 130 and the second clamping unit 140 Clamped state is shown.

The shelf 110 includes an upper side 111 and four legs 112 disposed vertically at respective corners of the upper side 111 to support the upper side 111 as shown can do. The shelf 110 may be embodied in the form of a conventional shelf 110, but is not limited thereto.

The clamping actuator unit 120 may be disposed on the upper side 111 of the shelf 110. Specifically, the clamping actuator unit 120 may include a clamping cylinder 121 driven by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure from the outside. The clamping cylinder 121 may be disposed so that the advancing direction of the drive shaft 121a is forward. Here, the term " remaining " means the direction from the shelf 110 toward the plate 160. [

The clamping actuator unit 120 includes a first support member 122 disposed on a side surface 111 of the shelf 110 and supporting the clamping cylinder 121 at a predetermined height, And a second support member 123 disposed in front of the second support member 122. The first support member 122 and the second support member 123 may be firmly fixed to the upper side 111 of the shelf 110 by bolting or the like and may be integrally formed with each other.

The clamping actuator unit 120 includes a connecting member 124 provided at a free end of the driving shaft 121a of the clamping cylinder 121 and a connecting member 124 connected to the connecting member 124 and the second supporting member 123, And a transmission member 126 having one end connected to the link member 125 and the other end connected to the first clamping unit 130. [

Although four link members 125, a transmitting member 126 and a first clamping unit 130 shown in FIG. 2 are shown as being connected to the connecting member 124, two or more of them may be sufficient . When two link members 125, a transmitting member 126 and a first clamping unit 130 are provided on the connecting member 124, it is preferable that the connecting members 124 are disposed at both ends of the connecting member 124, May be desirable for implementation.

The clamping actuator unit 120 includes a solenoid valve 127 for controlling the hydraulic pressure or the air pressure introduced into the clamping cylinder 121 and a controller 128 for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 127 . Here, the solenoid valve 127 may be implemented as a solenoid valve, and the controller 128 may be implemented as a pedal. Also, the controller may be implemented in a button rather than a pedal, as shown. The button-type controller 128 may be embodied as a positive number button provided on the upper side 111 of the shelf 110, in consideration of safety of the manufacturer. That is, the clamping is driven by two buttons pressed by the manufacturer, and the safety of the clamping can be prevented from occurring due to the constraint of both hands of the manufacturer.

That is, the manufacturer may step on the pedal to drive the clamping actuator unit 120 so that the first clamping unit 130 and the second clamping unit 140 are always in contact with each other, and by releasing the foot from the stepping pedal, The first clamping part 130 and the second clamping part 140 may be spaced apart from each other.

The second clamping part 140 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first clamping part 130 in front of the shelf 110 and is engaged with the first clamping part 130 moved downward, (See Fig. 1).

The second clamping part 140 is formed with a recess 141 having a predetermined depth in a shape corresponding to the lower side of the first clamping part 130, A part of the stage can be accommodated. When the recess portion 141 is included, the clamping effect of the sheet 10 by the first clamping portion 130 and the second clamping portion 140 can be further improved.

The pair of flange portions 150 are disposed to protrude forward from both sides of the leg 112 of the shelf 110 and may be hinged to be rotatable with the plate 160. Here, the hinge portion 161 of the plate 160 may be formed at a position having a distance of a middle or more distance from the free end of the plate 160 so that the plate 160 is easily pressed.

One end is coupled to an end of the plate 160 opposed to the free end 161a of the plate 160, that is, a lower surface of the plate 160 adjacent to the second clamping unit 140 And an elastic member (not shown) to which the other end is coupled to the legs of the flange portion 150 or the shelf 110 may be provided.

Such an elastic member can return the position of the free end 161a of the plate 160 to the upper side with respect to the rotation axis when the pressing force of the plate 160 is released. The elastic member may be formed of a coil spring.

A method of using the partition manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is as follows.

1 (a) according to the prior art can be omitted, and the panel 20 is placed on the sheet 10 (see FIG. 1) and the exposed portions 11, 12, 13, 1 (b), the side surface 11 is temporarily fixed so that the sheet 10 is positioned on the upper side of the panel 20 as shown in Fig. 1 (c) Turn the panel upside down.

Thereafter, when the seat 10 of the opposite side (for example, 14) of the temporarily fixed portion 110 is placed between the first clamping portion 130 and the second clamping portion 140 and the pedal is depressed, The solenoid valve 127 is opened to move the driving shaft 121a of the clamping cylinder 121 and the connecting member 124 connected to the free end of the driving shaft 121a is moved, The first clamping part 130 clamps the seat (for example, 14) together with the second clamping part 140 by the movement of the transmitting member 126 coupled to the link member 125.

Thereafter, in the clamping state, the manufacturer presses the portion of the temporarily fixed panel, which causes the free end 161a of the plate 160 to descend with respect to the pivot shaft 161. This action may cause the sheet 10 to be taut and the side portions of the panel 20 to be attached to the portion of the clamped sheet 10 (e.g., 14). The manufacturer can then push the holding panel toward the shelf 110 to fully adhere the side 14 of the panel 20 to the portion 14 of the clamped sheet 10.

Thereafter, when the manufacturer removes the foot on which the controller 128 is stepped, the clamping state of the first clamping unit 130 and the second clamping unit 140 is released, and the manufacturer removes the sheet 12 is placed between the first clamping part 130 and the second clamping part 140 which are in the unclamping state and the controller 128 is depressed and then the opposing side (for example, 13) is pressed.

This series of operations can effectively perform adhesion of all the surfaces of the panel 20 and the sheet 10 by performing the same part of the last sheet 10 (for example, 13).

That is, according to one embodiment, the sheet 10 can be tightly attached to the panel without using an adhesive on the upper surface of the panel 20, and quick operation can be performed.

The present invention may implement more automation in the above-described embodiment. The apparatus for manufacturing a partition according to another embodiment of the present invention may include all the elements of the above-described embodiment, and a description of the same elements will be omitted.

4 is a side view of a partition manufacturing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, the partition manufacturing apparatus according to another embodiment may further include a rotary member 170 and / or a pressurizing actuator unit 180 in addition to the components of the above-described embodiment.

The rotary member 170 may be disposed on the upper side of the plate 160 so as to be rotatable. The rotating member 170 may include a rotating motor, a shaft, and a rotating plate, and the rotating plate may be rotated by 90 ° or 180 °.

Generally, in the case of the panel formed by bending the four sides, since the height of the bent side is generated, the rotary member 170 may protrude above the plate 160 to correspond to the height of the panel. That is, the rotary member 170 is protruded to be in contact with the inner surface of the panel top plate to rotate the panel by 90 ° or 180 °.

The friction member 171 may further include a friction member 171 disposed on the upper surface of the rotary member 170 to facilitate rotation of the panel. Can be implemented as a material.

In addition, the rotation plate or the friction member 171 of the rotary member 170 may be detachably fitted to the height of the panel.

The pressing actuator 180 may press the free end of the plate 160 to rotate the free end 161a of the plate 160 about the hinge shaft 161. [

Specifically, the pressing actuator 180 includes a guide part 181 formed by bending the pressing actuator 180 so that one end thereof is supported by the shelf 110 and the other end is disposed above the plate 160, and the guide part 181 Shaped fixing member 183 provided at the free end of the driving shaft 182a of the pressing cylinder 182. The pressing cylinder 182 is connected to the pressing plate 182 to press the plate 160, .

The fixing member 183 may be formed to have a letter shape corresponding to the sides of the panel disposed on the plate 160 and may be formed by driving the pressing cylinder 182, It is possible to pressurize.

The pressing actuator unit 180 includes a moving cylinder 184 for moving the pressing cylinder 182 in the direction of the plate 160 from the shelf 110. Since the panel is generally rectangular having a long side and a short side, As shown in FIG. By this moving cylinder 184, the sides of the panel rotated by the rotating member 170 can be efficiently pressed.

The use state according to another embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described as follows.

Once the manufacturer places the panel 20 (see FIG. 1) on the sheet 10 (see FIG. 1) and applies the adhesive to the exposed sides 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the sheet and the four sides of the panel 20 do. Thereafter, one side of the panel and the sheet (for example, 11) are adhered and then turned over and placed on the rotating member 170 of the plate 160.

Then, the clamping actuator unit 120 clamps the first clamping unit 130 and the second flamping unit sheet (for example, 14), after which the pressurizing cylinder 182 is driven When the side of the panel 20 facing the clamped sheet is pressed, a clamped sheet (for example, 11) is attached to the panel 20.

Thereafter, when the first clamping unit 130 and the second flamping unit unclamp the sheet, the rotating member 170 rotates by 90 ° or 180 ° so that the sheet (for example, 12) And is disposed between the first clamping part 130 and the second clamping part 140 in the unclamping state.

By performing such a series of operations, that is, sheet clamping-> pressing-> unclamping-> rotation, the sheet can be tightly attached to the panel, thereby reducing labor costs and improving productivity.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Range and its equivalent range.
