Claims (9)
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지를 소재로 하는 기재 필름 상에 장식층을 갖는 가식 시트이며, 상기 기재 필름이 온도 80 ℃에 있어서의 신장율 200 %시에 있어서 MD(제막시에 있어서의 흐름 방향) 및 TD(MD에 대해 직교하는 방향) 중 어느 쪽에 있어서도 파단하지 않고, 또한 MD 및 TD 중 어느 한쪽에서 응력이 20 N/㎠ 이하이며, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지가, 디카르복실산 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 디카르복실산·글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가식 시트.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 사출 성형 동시 가식법으로 성형되는 가식 수지 성형품용인 가식 시트.
- 수지 성형체와, 그 위에 일체적으로 적층되어 이루어지는 제1항에 기재된 가식 시트를 갖고, 또한 상기 가식 시트의 장식층이, 수지 성형체에 접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가식 수지 성형품.
- 수지 성형체와, 그 위에 접합되어 이루어지는 제1항에 기재된 가식 시트로부터 기재 필름을 박리한 장식층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가식 수지 성형품.
- (A) 제1항에 기재된 가식 시트를, 가동 금형의 성형면에 대해, 상기 가식 시트의 기재 필름이 대면하도록 설치한 후, 상기 가식 시트를 가열, 연화시키는 동시에 상기 가동 금형측으로부터 진공 흡인하여 연화한 가식 시트를 상기 가동 금형의 성형면에 따라 밀착시킴으로써 가식 시트를 예비 성형하는 공정,(B) 성형면에 따라 밀착된 가식 시트를 갖는 가동 금형과 고정 금형을 형 체결한 후, 양 금형에서 형성되는 캐비티 내에 유동 상태의 수지 성형 재료를 사출, 충전하여 고화시킴으로써 형성된 수지 성형체와 가식 시트를 적층 일체화시키는 사출 성형 공정, 및(C) 가동 금형을 고정 금형으로부터 이격시켜 가식 시트 전층이 적층되어 이루어지는 수지 성형체를 취출하는 공정을 차례로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- (A) 제1항에 기재된 가식 시트를, 가동 금형의 성형면에 대해, 상기 가식 시트의 기재 필름이 대면하도록 설치한 후 상기 가식 시트를 가열, 연화시키는 동시에 상기 가동 금형측으로부터 진공 흡인하여 연화한 가식 시트를 상기 가동 금형의 성형면에 따라 밀착시킴으로써 가식 시트를 예비 성형하는 공정,(B) 성형면에 따라 밀착된 가식 시트를 갖는 가동 금형과 고정 금형을 형 체결한 후 양 금형에서 형성되는 캐비티 내에 유동 상태의 수지 성형 재료를 사출, 충전하여 고화시킴으로써 형성된 수지 성형체와 가식 시트를 적층 일체화시키는 사출 성형 공정, 및(C') 가동 금형을 고정 금형으로부터 이격시켜 가식 시트가 적층되어 이루어지는 수지 성형체를, 가식 시트의 기재 필름이 가동 금형에 남겨진 상태에서 취출하거나, 혹은 가식 시트 전층이 적층되어 이루어지는 수지 성형체를 취출한 후 가식 시트의 기재 필름을 박리하는 공정을 차례로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 가동 금형과 고정 금형이 암수형 끼워 맞춤형 금형인 가식 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 디카르복실산 구성 단위에 있어서 테레프탈산 단위와 다른 디카르복실산 단위의 함유 비율(몰비)이 25:75 내지 99:1이고, 상기 글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 글리콜 구성 단위에 있어서 에틸렌글리콜 단위와 다른 글리콜 단위의 함유 비율(몰비)이 50:50 내지 99:1이고, 상기 디카르복실산·글리콜 변성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 디카르복실산 구성 단위에 있어서 테레프탈산 단위와 다른 디카르복실산 단위의 함유 비율(몰비)이 25:75 내지 99:1이고, 또한 글리콜 구성 단위에 있어서 에틸렌글리콜 단위와 다른 글리콜 단위의 함유 비율(몰비)이 50:50 내지 99:1인 가식 시트.
