Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는, 치환된 피리딜기가 연결된 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물.<화학식 1>(식 중, Ar은 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 복소환기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 축합 다환 방향족기를 나타내고, R1 내지 R10은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 불소 원자, 시아노기, 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, Z는 질소 원자를 1개 포함하는 6원환의 방향족 복소환을 나타내고, m 및 n은 각각 1 내지 3의 정수를 나타내고,m=1일 때에는, n=2 또는 3이고,m=1이고 n=2일 때에는, Ar은 치환기를 갖는 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 복소환기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 축합 다환 방향족기이고,m=1이고 n=3일 때에는, Ar은 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 복소환기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 축합 다환 방향족기이고,m=2일 때 및 m=3일 때에는, n=1이고, Ar은 치환 또는 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 축합 다환 방향족기이고,Ar로 표시되는 방향족 탄화수소기, 방향족 복소환기, 및 축합 다환 방향족기는, 페닐기, 비페닐기, 터페닐기, 테트라키스페닐기, 스티릴기, 나프틸기, 안트릴기, 아세나프테닐기, 플루오레닐기, 페난트릴기, 인데닐기, 피레닐기, 피리딜기, 피리미딜기, 피리도인돌릴기, 푸라닐기, 피로닐기, 티오페닐기, 퀴놀릴기, 이소퀴놀릴기, 벤조푸라닐기, 벤조티오페닐기, 인돌릴기, 카르바졸릴기, 벤조옥사졸릴기, 벤조티아졸릴기, 퀴녹살릴기, 벤조이미다졸릴기, 피라졸릴기, 디벤조푸라닐기, 디벤조티오페닐기, 나프티리디닐기, 페난트롤리닐기, 또는 아크리디닐기이고,Ar로 표시되는 치환 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환 방향족 복소환기, 및 치환 축합 다환 방향족기에 있어서 치환기는, 각각 독립적으로 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 수산기, 니트로기, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알콕시기, 아미노기, 페닐기, 나프틸기, 안트릴기, 스티릴기, 피리딜기, 피리도인돌릴기, 퀴놀릴기, 또는 벤조티아졸릴기이고,R1 내지 R10으로 표시되는 방향족 탄화수소기는, 페닐기, 비페닐기, 터페닐기, 테트라키스페닐기, 스티릴기, 나프틸기, 플루오레닐기, 페난트릴기, 인데닐기, 또는 피레닐기이고,R1 내지 R10으로 표시되는 치환 방향족 탄화수소기에 있어서 치환기는, 각각 독립적으로 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6의 직쇄상 또는 분지상의 알킬기임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 n=1인 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 m=1, n=2인 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 m=1, n=3인 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물.
- 한쌍의 전극과 그 사이에 끼워진 적어도 한층의 유기층을 갖는 유기 전계발광 소자에 있어서, 1개 이상의 유기층이 제1항에 기재된 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 n=1인 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 m=1, n=2인 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1에서 m=1, n=3인 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 유기층이 전자 수송층을 포함하고, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물이 상기 전자 수송층 중에 존재하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
