상기 본 발명에 따른 제조방법으로 부추추출물 94.5wt%, 오배자추출물 0.7wt%, 가자추출물0.7wt%, 석곡추출물0.5wt%, 산초추출물0.5wt%, 감추출물0.5wt%, 솔루블라이저1.3wt%, 허브추출물1.3wt%로 이루어진 천연 항균 및 탈취제를 제조하였다.

부추를 세척하고 파쇄하는 파쇄단계(S10)와;
상기 파쇄된 부추를 순도 95% 이상의 에탄올과 혼합하고, 7~8일 동안 실온에서 숙성시켜 숙성혼합물을 생성하는 숙성단계(S20)와;
상기 숙성혼합물의 상등액만을 취부하여 정제수와 혼합하고, 고온스팀으로 가열 농축함으로써 숙즙 상태의 부추추출물을 생성하는 농축단계(S30)와;
상기 부추추출물에 항균력이 증가되도록 오배자추출물, 가자추출물, 석곡추출물, 산초추출물 및 감추출물을 혼합하여 부추추출물혼합액을 생성하는 혼합단계(S40)와;
상기 부추추출물혼합액이 균질한 액상으로 유지되고 부추 냄새가 제거되도록 천연유화제와 천연허브를 혼합하여 천연 항균 및 탈취제를 생성하는 균질화단계(S50);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부추추출물을 이용한 천연 항균 및 탈취제 제조방법. A method for producing natural antibacterial and deodorant using leek extract,
