Claims (16)
- 토출될 잉크가 채워지는 다수의 압력챔버;상기 다수의 압력챔버에 잉크를 공급하기 위한 것으로, 상기 다수의 압력챔버의 양측에 상기 다수의 압력챔버의 배열방향과 나란하게 연장된 매니폴드;상기 매니폴드와 상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각을 연결하는 것으로, 상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각의 길이방향 양단부에 연결된 리스트릭터;상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각에 대응하여 마련된 다수의 압전 액츄에이터; 및상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각에 연결되는 것으로, 상기 압력챔버의 길이방향 중심에 대해 대칭으로 배치되는 적어도 하나의 노즐;을 구비하며,상기 적어도 하나의 노즐은, 상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각의 길이방향 중심에 배치된 제1 노즐과, 상기 제1 노즐의 양측에 배치된 적어도 두 개의 제2 노즐을 포함하는, 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각과 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 연결하는 댐퍼를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼는 측면들이 경사진 형상을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼는 측면들이 경사진 형상을 가진 제1 댐퍼와, 상기 제1 댐퍼와 연결되며 일정한 직경을 가진 실린더 형상의 제2 댐퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 제1 댐퍼는 상기 노즐과 직접 연결되며, 상기 제2 댐퍼는 상기 압력챔버와 직접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 매니폴드에 연결되어 상기 매니폴드 내부에 잉크를 공급하는 잉크 공급 구를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 압력챔버, 상기 매니폴드, 상기 리스트릭터, 및 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐은 유로 플레이트에 형성되고,상기 다수의 압전 액츄에이터는 상기 유로 플레이트의 상면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 유로 플레이트는 제1 기판과, 상기 제1 기판의 저면에 접합된 제2 기판을 포함하며,상기 제1 기판에는 상기 다수의 압력챔버, 상기 매니폴드, 및 상기 리스트릭터가 형성되고, 상기 제2 기판에는 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 유로 플레이트는 상기 제1 기판의 상면에 적층된 제3 기판을 더 포함하며,상기 제1 기판에 형성된 상기 매니폴드가 상기 제3 기판까지 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판에는 상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각과 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 연결하는 댐퍼가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼는 측면들이 경사진 형상을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 유로 플레이트는 제1 기판과, 상기 제1 기판의 저면에 접합된 제2 기판과, 상기 제2 기판의 저면에 접합된 제3 기판을 포함하며,상기 제1 기판에는 상기 다수의 압력챔버가 형성되고, 상기 제2 기판에는 상기 매니폴드와 상기 리스트릭터가 형성되고, 상기 제3 기판에는 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판과 제3 기판에는 상기 다수의 압력챔버 각각과 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 연결하는 댐퍼가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼는, 상기 제3 기판에 형성되며 측면들이 경사진 형상을 가진 제1 댐퍼와, 상기 제1 댐퍼와 연결되도록 상기 제2 기판에 형성되며 일정한 직경을 가진 실린더 형상의 제2 댐퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 방식의 잉크젯 헤드.
