Claims (11)
- 각각 단자를 구비하며, 리드 플레이트를 통하여 서로 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 배터리 셀과,
상기 배터리 셀의 단자에 결합되는 리드 탭을 구비하는 배터리 팩으로서,
상기 리드 탭은,
돌출되게 형성된 보스부를 구비하며, 전기 절연 소재로 이루어지는 절연커버와,
과열 차단 소자와, 상기 과열 차단 소자에 전기적으로 결합되는 제1리드 및 제2리드와, 상기 절연커버의 보스부에 끼워지는 구멍을 구비하는 과열 차단 소자 조립체를 구비하며,
상기 절연커버의 보스부는,
상기 절연커버와 상기 과열 차단 소자 조립체가 분리되는 것이 제한되도록, 그 단부가 상기 구멍보다 크게 형성되고,
상기 제1리드의 저면은 배터리 셀의 단자와 접속될 수 있도록 제1관통구를 통하여 절연커버의 저면으로 노출되며,
상기 제2리드는 과열 차단 소자와 리드 플레이트를 연결하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연커버는 제2관통구를 더 구비하며,
상기 과열 차단 소자 조립체의 상기 과열 차단 소자는,
상기 절연커버의 상기 제2관통구를 통하여 상기 절연커버의 저면으로 노출되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 과열 차단 소자 조립체의 상기 구멍은,
상기 제2리드로부터 연장되게 형성된 결합부에 위치되는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연커버는,
상기 과열 차단 소자 조립체의 둘레의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 측벽부를 구비하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
