Claims (16)
- 삭제
- 조리실의 내부에 안착되는 음식물을 가열하는 가열부;상기 조리실의 제어온도(T)를 입력받는 입력부;상기 조리실의 내부에 안착되는 음식물온도(T1)를 감지하는 제1센서부;상기 조리실의 조리실온도(T2)를 감지하는 제2센서부; 및조리 시 상기 가열부를 온시키고, 상기 음식물온도(T1)가 설정음식물온도(t1)에 도달할 때까지는 상기 조리실온도(T2)가 설정조리실온도(t2)를 유지하도록 상기 가열부를 상기 제어온도(T) 미만의 온도로 제어하고, 상기 음식물온도(T1)가 상기 설정음식물온도(t1)에 도달하면 상기 가열부를 상기 제어온도(T) 이상의 온도로 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 오븐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 설정음식물온도(t1)는 상기 제어온도(T) 이하인 오븐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 설정조리실온도(t2)는 상기 제어온도(T) 이하인 오븐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가열부는,컨벡션히터,상기 컨벡션히터의 열을 포함하는 고온의 공기를 상기 조리실의 내부로 순환시키는 컨벡션팬; 및상기 컨벡션팬을 구동시키는 컨벡션모터; 를 포함하는 오븐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1센서부는 음식물에 삽입되어 음식물온도를 감지하는 오븐.

- 입력부가 조리실의 제어온도(T)를 입력받는 단계;가열부를 제어온도(T) 미만의 온도로 작동시키는 단계;제1센서부가 음식물온도(T1)를 감지하는 단계;제2센서부가 조리실온도(T2)를 감지하는 단계; 및제어부가, 상기 음식물온도(T1)가 설정음식물온도(t1)에 도달할 때까지는 상기 조리실온도(T2)가 설정조리실온도(t2)를 유지하도록 상기 가열부를 상기 제어온도(T) 이하의 온도로 제어하고, 상기 음식물온도(t1)가 상기 설정음식물온도(t1)에 도달하면 상기 가열부를 상기 제어온도(T) 이상의 온도로 제어하는 단계; 를 포함하는 오븐의 제어방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 설정음식물온도(t1)는 상기 제어온도(T) 이하인 오븐의 제어방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 설정조리실온도(t2)는 상기 제어온도(T) 이하인 오븐의 제어방법.
