Abstract
본 발명의 제조방법에 따르면, 경화 네트워크가 치밀하게 구성되어 기체 투과 차단성이 탁월하면서도 유연성과 표면 내스크래치성이 양호한 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 제조방법은 롤투롤(roll-to-roll)의 연속식 공정으로 적용가능하므로, 제조원가를 낮추고 생산효율을 높일 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 사용된 플라스틱 필름의 개략적인 단면도이다.
Claims (12)
- 플라스틱 투명필름을 준비하는 단계;
(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 에폭시기를 갖으며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 개시제를 용매에 용해시키고, 여기에 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지, 멜라민계 수지, 반응 촉진제, 및 용매를 포함하는 듀얼 경화형 혼합물을 첨가하고, 이후 실리카 입자들을 분산시켜서 경화성 코팅액을 준비하는 단계;
상기 경화성 코팅액을 상기 플라스틱 투명필름 위에 도포 및 경화시켜 하도코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
금속 알콕시드, 유기산으로 된 경화촉진제, 무기산 및 물을 용매에 용해시킨 졸 용액을 상기 하도코팅층 위에 도포하고, 졸-겔 반응을 진행시켜 무기막층을 형성하는 단계;
금속 알콕시드, 유기산으로 된 경화촉진제, 무기산, 물, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 우레탄기를 갖으며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 규소 알콕시드 및 개시제를 용매에 용해시키고, 여기에 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지, 멜라민계 수지, 반응 촉진제, 및 용매를 포함하는 듀얼 경화형 혼합물을 첨가하고, 이후 실리카 입자들을 분산시켜 경화성 졸 용액을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 경화성 졸 용액을 상기 무기막층 위에 도포하고, 졸-겔 반응 및 경화를 진행시켜 하이브리드 오버코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지는 수산화기와 올리고머기를 갖는 아크릴 수지이고,
상기 반응촉진제는 상기 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지와 멜라민계 수지의 경화반응을 촉진시키기 위한 역할을 하고,
상기 졸 용액에 포함된 금속 알콕시드는 하기 화학식 1 내지 화학식 3으로 표시되는 금속 알콕시드로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 졸 용액에 포함된 유기산으로 된 경화촉진제는 아세트산무수물, 아크릴산무수물, 시클릭무수물, 헥사히드로프탈산무수물, 메타크릴산무수물, 프로피온산무수물, 아세트산, 아크릴산, 포름산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 메타크릴산, 프로피온산 및 메틸렌숙신산으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1 내지 3에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기, 비닐기, 알릴기, (메트)아크릴옥시기, 에폭시드기 및 아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알킬기이고, M1은 Si, Ti, Zr, Ge 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이고, M2는 Al, In 및 Sb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속이고, x는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고, y는 0, 1 또는 2이며, z는 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 투명필름은, (a) 직경이 1 내지 15㎛인 유리섬유로 된 씨실과 날실이 상하로 교차하여 직조된 유리섬유 직물; 및 (b) 상기 유리섬유 직물에 함침되어 상기 유리섬유 직물의 표면 및 씨실과 날실 사이에 위치하며, 상기 유리섬유와 동일한 굴절률을 갖는 열가소성 투명 베이스 수지를 구비한 플라스틱 투명필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 코팅액에 포함된 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 에폭시기를 갖으며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지, 멜라민계 수지 및 실리카 입자의 중량비는 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~20; 1~25인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 코팅액에 포함된 실리카 입자의 입경은 100 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 코팅액은 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 규소 알콕시드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하도코팅층의 두께는 0.1 내지 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 경화성 졸 용액에 포함된 금속 알콕시드, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 우레탄기를 갖으며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머, 변성 아크릴 올리고머 수지, 멜라민계 수지, (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 규소 알콕시드, 및 실리카 입자의 중량비는 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~40 : 1~20 : 1~20 : 1~25인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화성 졸 용액은 에폭시기를 갖으며 중량평균 분자량이 500 ~ 10,000인 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하이브리드 오버코팅층의 두께는 0.1 내지 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 기판용 플라스틱 필름의 제조방법.
