Claims (6)
- 무한으로 주행하는 지지체의 유연 표면에 폴리머 및 용매를 함유하는 도프를 유연하여 유연필름을 형성하는 단계;상기 유연필름의 잔류용매함량과 상기 유연필름이 발포하는 상기 지지체의 온도와의 관계를 구하고, 상기 관계로부터 상기 유연필름이 발포하지 않는 상기 지지체의 온도 영역인 필름제조 한계영역을 구하는 단계;상기 유연 표면에 면하는 공기 공급 장치의 출구인 상기 지지체의 주행 방향을 향한 출구에서 건조풍을 공급하는 단계;상기 지지체의 후면에 면하는 가열 장치에 의해 상기 지지체를 가열하는 단계;상기 공기 공급 장치 및 상기 가열장치에 의해 건조를 시작할 때 상기 유연필름 중의 잔류용매함량에 따라 상기 공기공급장치 및 상기 가열장치의 설정온도를 상기 필름제조 한계영역으로부터 결정하는 단계;상기 지지체로부터 폴리머 필름으로서 상기 유연필름을 박리하는 단계; 및상기 폴리머 필름을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가열장치의 상기 설정 온도는 40℃~100℃ 범위 내에서 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공기공급장치 및 상기 가열장치는 각각 복수개이며, 상기 공기공급장치 및 상기 가열장치의 상기 설정온도를 독립적으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용매의 주요 용매화합물이 디클로로메탄이고,상기 유연필름 중의 잔류 디클로로메탄의 함량을 W(질량%)라 할 때, 상기 공기공급장치 및 상기 가열장치의 설정온도는 상기 지지체의 온도 T(℃)가 조건(Ⅰ): T≤4.5×10-4×W2-0.25×W+61을 만족할 수 있도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용매의 주요 용매화합물이 메틸 아세테이트이고,상기 유연필름 중의 잔류 메틸 아세테이트의 함량을 W(질량%)라 할 때, 상기 공기공급장치 및 상기 가열장치의 설정온도는 상기 지지체의 온도 T(℃)가 조건(Ⅱ): T≤6.6×10-4×W2-0.4×W+87을 만족할 수 있도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유연필름은 상기 잔류용매함량이 고형분을 기초로 10질량% 내지 200질량% 범위 내인 경우에 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 필름의 제조방법.
