- 아크릴수지 100중량부에 대해 우레아수지 20~60중량부, 에폭시수지 2~15중량부로 이루어지는 바인더 및 상기 바인더 100중량부에 대해 카본분말이 16~60중량부, 유기용매가 4~29중량부, 경화제가 1~10중량부 포함된 차광용 코팅조성물을 유리병의 외측면에 0.05~0.08mm로 코팅하여 제1 차광코팅층을 형성하는 과정;
상기 제1 차광코팅층을 40~50℃에서 10~20분 동안 건조시키는 과정;
상기 차광용 코팅조성물을 상기 제1 차광코팅층 위에 0.05~0.08mm로 코팅하여 제2 차광코팅층을 형성하는 과정;
상기 제2 차광코팅층을 40~50℃에서 10~20분간 동안 건조시키는 과정;
상기 제2 차광코팅층 위에 안료 및 펄분말을 포함하는 장식코팅조성물을 0.1~0.2 mm 두께로 코팅하여 장식층을 형성하는 과정; 및
상기 장식층을 160~200℃에서 15~20분간 건조시키는 과정;을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 장식코팅조성물은 유기산기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체 1-5중량부, 수산기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체 15-50중량부, 방향족기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체 15-35중량부 및 지방족기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체 15-65중량부로 중합되어 이루어진 아크릴수지 100중량부에 대해 안료 25~55중량부, 펄분말 16~33중량부 및 톨루엔 40~77중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차광유리병 제조방법.

- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유기산기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 후말산, 말레산, 말레산 무수물 중에서 하나 이상이 선택되며,
상기 수산기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체는 아크릴산(2-히드록시에틸), 메타크릴산(2-히드록시에틸), 아크릴산(4-히드록시부틸), 메타크릴산(히드록시프로필) 중에서 하나 이상이 선택되며,
상기 방향족기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체는 스티렌과 비닐톨루엔 중에서 하나 이상이 선택되며,
상기 지방족기를 갖는 비닐계 단량체는 아크릴산에틸, 아크릴산이소보닐, 메타크릴산메틸, 메타크릴산에틸, 메타크릴산프로필, 메타크릴산이소부틸, 메타크릴산이소보닐, 아세트산비닐, 아크릴로니트릴 중에서 하나 이상으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광유리병 제조방법.
