Claims (5)
- 내부에 압축기 및 실외 열교환기가 연결 설치된 실외기;내부에 팽창기 및 실내 열교환기가 각각 연결 설치된 복수의 실내기;상기 압축기를 통과한 냉매를 상기 실외 열교환기를 경유하여 상기 복수의 실내기로 각각 공급하는 복수의 냉매관;상기 실외 열교환기의 입구측에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 냉매관의 유로를 각각 개폐하는 복수의 제1 개폐밸브;상기 실외 열교환기의 출구측에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 냉매관의 유로를 각각 개폐하는 복수의 제2 개폐밸브;상기 복수의 제1 개폐밸브 및 제2 개폐밸브와 각각 연결되고, 상기 복수의 실내기의 운전 여부에 따라 상기 복수의 실내기 중 비운전 실내기와 연결된 냉매관의 제1 개폐밸브 및 제2 개폐밸브를 각각 차단시키는 제어부; 및상기 실외 열교환기의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서;를 포함하며,상기 제어부는,상기 온도센서로부터 감지된 신호를 입력받아 응축온도가 45℃ 이상이면, 상기 비운전 실내기와 연결된 냉매관의 제1 개폐밸브 및 제2 개폐밸브를 각각 차단하되,상기 비운전 실내기와 연결된 냉매관의 제2 개폐밸브를 먼저 차단시킨 후에 상기 비운전 실내기와 연결된 냉매관의 제1 개폐밸브를 순차적으로 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매량을 제어할 수 있는 실외 열교환기를 구비한 분리형 멀티에어컨.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제1 개폐밸브 및 제2 개폐밸브는 각각이 전기신호에 의해 작동하는 솔레노이드 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매량을 제어할 수 있는 실외 열교환기를 구비한 분리형 멀티에어컨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제1 개폐밸브는 상기 냉매를 저온 감압시킬 수 있는 팽창변이 구비된 전자팽창변인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매량을 제어할 수 있는 실외 열교환기를 구비한 분리형 멀티에어컨.
