Description
Claims (9)
- 태양전지 셀(太陽電池 cell)을 구비하고 외형이 다각형(多角形) 모양이고 평판(平板) 모양인 태양전지 패널 본체(太陽電池 panel 本體)와, 상기 태양전지 패널 본체의 주변에서 적어도 한 쌍의 대향(對向)하는 변(邊)에 각각 고정되는 프레임(frame)을 구비한 태양전지 모듈(太陽電池 module)을, 상기 태양전지 모듈에 있어서 대향하는 각각의 변의 상기 프레임에 각각 고정부재(固定部材)를 접합시킨 후에 상기 고정부재를 소정의 지지부재(支持部材)에 지지시킴으로써, 상기 지지부재에 고정시키는 태양전지 모듈의 고정구조(固定構造)로서,상기 고정부재가 상기 프레임에 대하여 프레임의 길이의 사이에서 슬라이드(slide) 가능하게 되고, 상기 지지부재가 연장되는 방향으로 배치된 2개의 상기 태양전지 모듈에 있어서 근접하는 상기 프레임 상호간이 상기 고정부재에 의하여 서로 접촉된 상태에서, 상기 태양전지 모듈 상호간이 대략 동일면(同一面) 모양이 되도록 접합됨과 아울러, 일방(一方)의 상기 태양전지 모듈이 상기 프레임이 연장되는 방향에 대하여 직각방향으로 이동하는 것을 제한하고, 상기 고정부재가 타방(他方)의 상기 태양전지 모듈의 하측에서 상기 지지부재에 고정되고,상기 프레임은,일측면측(一側面側)으로 개구(開口)되고 상기 태양전지 패널 본체의 변 가장자리가 삽입되어 지지되는 삽입지지부(揷入支持部)와, 상기 삽입지지부의 하측에 배치되고 상기 일측면측과는 반대측인 타측면측(他側面側)으로 개구되는 접합부(接合部)와, 상기 접합부의 하측에 배치됨과 아울러 상기 타측면측으로 개구되고 상측으로 돌출되는 결합 돌출부(結合 突出部)를 구비하고, 긴 자 모양이고 연장되는 방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면(斷面)이 동일한 형상으로 형성되고,상기 고정부재는,상기 프레임의 상기 접합부 내에 삽입 가능하게 되고 서로 이반(離反)하는 방향으로 연장되도록 배치된 한 쌍의 피접합부(被接合部)와, 한 쌍의 상기 피접합부의 사이로부터 하방으로 연장되는 수직하행부(垂直下行部)와, 상기 수직하행부의 하단(下端)에 배치되고 상기 프레임의 바닥부를 재치(載置)할 수 있는 대좌부(臺座部)와, 상기 대좌부와 상기 피접합부 사이에서 상기 수직하행부로부터 한 쌍의 상기 피접합부의 일방과 동일한 방향으로 연장되고 선단(先端)에서 하측으로 돌출되며 상기 프레임의 상기 결합 돌출부의 화살촉 모양 선단부와 결합되는 피화살촉 모양 선단부를 구비한 피결합부와, 상기 대좌부의 하면과 동일면의 하면이 되고 상기 피결합부가 연장되는 방향과는 반대방향으로 연장되며 상기 지지부재에 고정시키기 위한 고정부(固定部)를 구비하고, 상기 프레임보다 짧은 긴 자 모양이고 연장되는 방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면이 동일한 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈의 고정구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,타방의 상기 태양전지 모듈은, 상기 고정부재를 사이에 두고 경사진 지붕에 있어서의 용마루측에 배치된 상기 태양전지 모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈의 고정구조.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프레임은 상기 접합부의 개구측(開口側) 상부가 경사져 있음과 아울러,상기 고정부재는 상기 피접합부의 선단(先端) 하측이 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈의 고정구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 태양전지 패널 본체의 주변에서 상기 프레임이 고정된 변과는 다른 변에 고정되고 단부(端部)에 상기 고정부재가 통과 가능한 홈부가 형성된 측면 프레임(側面 frame)과, 상기 측면 프레임의 상기 홈부를 덮어 상기 프레임에 고정되는 측면 캡(側面 cap)을 더 구비하고,상기 측면 캡을 떼어냄으로써 상기 고정부재를 상기 지지부재에 지지시킨 상태에서, 상기 고정부재에 의하여 고정된 상기 태양전지 모듈을 상기 프레임이 연장되는 방향으로 슬라이드 시켜서 상기 고정부재로부터 상기 태양전지 모듈을 떼어낼 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 모듈의 고정구조.

- 태양전지 모듈에 있어서의 태양전지 셀을 구비하고 외형이 다각형 모양이고 평판 모양인 태양전지 패널 본체의 주변에서 적어도 한 쌍의 대향하는 변에 고정되고 일측면측으로 개구되며 상기 태양전지 패널 본체의 변 가장자리가 삽입되어 지지되는 삽입지지부, 상기 삽입지지부의 하측에 배치되고 상기 일측면측과는 반대측인 타측면측으로 개구되는 접합부 및 상기 접합부의 하측에 배치됨과 아울러 상기 타측면측으로 개구되고 상측으로 돌출되는 결합 돌출부를 구비하고, 긴 자 모양이고 연장되는 방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면(斷面)이 동일한 형상으로 형성되어 있는 프레임을 통하여 상기 태양전지 모듈을 소정의 지지부재에 고정시키기 위한 태양전지 모듈용의 고정부재로서,상기 프레임의 상기 접합부 내에 삽입 가능하게 되고 서로 이반하는 방향으로 연장되도록 배치된 한 쌍의 피접합부와,한 쌍의 상기 피접합부의 사이로부터 하방으로 연장되는 수직하행부와,상기 수직하행부의 하단에 배치되고 상기 프레임의 바닥부를 재치할 수 있는 대좌부와,상기 대좌부와 상기 피접합부 사이에서 상기 수직하행부로부터 한 쌍의 상기 피접합부의 일방과 동일한 방향으로 연장되고 선단에서 하측으로 돌출되며 상기 프레임의 상기 결합 돌출부의 화살촉 모양 선단부와 결합되는 화살촉 모양 선단부를 구비한 피결합부와,상기 대좌부의 하면과 동일면의 하면이 되고 상기 피결합부가 연장되는 방향과는 반대방향으로 연장되며 상기 지지부재에 고정시키기 위한 고정부를구비하고,상기 프레임보다 짧은 긴 자 모양이고 연장되는 방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면(斷面)이 동일한 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정부재.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는,상기 대좌부가 상기 접합부가 연장되는 길이보다 길게 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정부재.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는,상기 대좌부가, 상기 프레임의 하면과 상기 지지부재 사이에서 상기 태양전지 패널 본체에 접속되는 모듈간 케이블(module間 cable)을 통과시킬 수 있는 간격을 형성할 수 있는 높이이고,상기 태양전지 모듈 본체의 상면이, 상기 지지부재 상에 재치되는 지붕재와 대략 동일한 높이가 되는 높이까지의 조절을 가능하게 하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 고정부재.
